Central, good facilities, free car parking lots of comfortable rest spaces and relaxing areas.

Breakfast was excellent. The only poor thing was that, for a large, modern hotel, there was no lift for the elderly. The stairs were steep, narrow and curved with poor handrail support. It was difficult and painful to use. Parking was okay, except fot the fact that the disabled bays had lost most of the signage so that the fit and young were occupying these bays.

Ideally located opposite the River Avon,. Lovely outlook from the front of the property overlooking park and River Avon. Check in was fine and plenty of parking to the rear. Old building which has been furnished nicely inside but could do with some external work to windows including cleaning of windows and frames. The room was adequate and the bed had a mattress protector but one of the pillows had three blood stains on which was quite concerning. The receptionist did apologise and said ti would be disposed of. Very thin duvet quilt and the old sash windows didn't block night noise so it was difficult to get to sleep. However, shower was fine and the breakfast was fresh and well cooked.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable but basic room. Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Stairs up to the premium single rooms are not suitable for anyone with mobility problems as they turn sharply in 2 different directions.

Staff were friendly and breakfast area is pleasant. From the outside, the hotel looks a bit run down and the bathrooms could do with a refurb. The rooms are quite noisy facing the road with the traffic as the windows are old. Overall, an okay stay but not great value for money.

Visiting family in Evesham so a perfect location for us. Parking available which is essential for us. Clean. comfortable room.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I had booked a single room for 2 nights and the room I had was big enough for 2 people so plenty of room for me. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future 👍

The hotel itself was clean, rooms and toilet room were a good size. Would have been more convenient if the rooms had little fridges in them. Bar and lounge area and the garden were nice areas to sit in. More ice at the bar would have been nicer as well.

Rooms are spaciuos clean, Breakfast is freshly made on order, very presentsble and organised, location is best for Cotswold Broadway or Bourton or Stratford Upn Avon. Its next to a beautiful River and park of Evesham. Rebecca and Dawn are brilliant staff/ receptionist, not to mention there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

On the river but a very unpleasant surrounding area! The hotel needs a good overhaul! Definitely do not stay in an economy room which is what I booked online as a quick on the road one night stay which looked nice on their website! I paid to upgrade! Nice breakfast!
