The photo look much better than the actual room. The real room is older, floor not clean, shower place too small.

Hygiene is a big issue. The washroom basin was stuck, and the water stayed in the basin with some stuff coming out. They have to solve it twice, unluckily that was my last date of stay.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was filthy. The address is hard to find and then I was walked to a dirty basement room that was disgusting and falling apart. This is nothing that was listed online.

Room wasn’t in the hotel, it was in a nearby house. The building was in very poor condition and dirty. Piles of dirty laundry at the bottom of the stairs. Very shabby overall. Bed was very uncomfortable and no mattress cover, just a sheet. Location was good but that was the only positive. Definitely would not recommend.

Os rapazes eram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Sempre dispostos a ajudar. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema. Ficamos por 7 dias e a hospedagem tinha tudo o que era necessário. Também gostamos muito da localização do hotel. Com certeza voltaremos.

Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a una tercera habitación (203), que aunque algo mejor, seguía presentando problemas importantes de limpieza. En total tuvimos que pasar por tres habitaciones, todas con deficiencias de higiene y mantenimiento. A pesar de las pruebas aportadas, el establecimiento ha rechazado cualquier reembolso. My stay was far below expectations. Upon arrival, we were assigned an occupied room, requiring an immediate room change. We were then moved to Room 106, which had serious cleanliness and hygiene issues. We had to buy bleach and cleaning cloths to clean the bathroom and other areas ourselves, yet the room remained practically uninhabitable. During the stay, I suffered an allergic reaction. We were later moved to a third room (203), which, although slightly better, still had significant cleanliness problems. We were placed in three different rooms, all with poor hygiene and maintenance standards. Despite the evidence provided, the property has refused any refund. Therefore, I continue to request appropriate compensation.

Safety is number one priority but it’s not here. I got woken up by people talking by my room, I got woken up again by the tv turning on by itself and then I got woke up again at 3am because a random man knocked on my door. He said he’s girlfriend cheated on him and was asking to stay in my room as his room was next to mine. I felt trapped in my room as there’s no peephole to see if he was genuine or lying and maybe had someone else with him. As a solo woman the safest thing to do was not open the door or leave as things could have gone south. Not only that but he kept coming back and standing/sitting outside the door. I called the receptionist and asked they make him leave but I don’t think he did as he came back twice. In all my years travelling I didn’t feel safe at all. I didn’t go back to sleep until after 5am and I had work the next day. It’s a real shame because I wanted to book the same place again for the following week but until they step up their security game it’s not safe. The main door was wide open when I got back after 11pm and there’s no cameras. Had there been cameras they would have spotted him hanging around the building.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel and not at all like photos show! Tatty, in need of a total refurbishment and not at all suitable for families with children. Booked a twin room for a mother and 10 year old child, and was put in a dingy basement room which felt unsafe and unsettling. Unfortunately we were adjacent to a neighbouring room of young people partying, shouting/laughing, coming and going banging doors, playing music and arguing until around 4am. Reported to night staff via email (11.45pm) and phone (02.38am) who had a word on each occasion, but nothing changed with volume/disturbance and we got less than 3 hours sleep. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

We were taking off premises, in an alley, in a basement room. They odor at entrance was discussing, there was mold in every corner, holes in the floor. We left and ask for a refund immediately, AVOID AT ALL COST.

Great location and had everything in the room. The floor could do with a clean

Very lacking in cutlery and crockery which as we were only staying one night wasn’t a problem, however if you were staying longer it could be. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Good size room but nothing like the photos online, not the cleanest either but was handy having kettle, toaster etc

This is definitely not worth the star rating that it said it was...I would say absolutely no higher than 2 stars (at best). The only saving grace was that the sheets looked clean, and the bed was relatively comfy (and that we were only there for 1 night)!!

Everythings on the doortep. Lovely building and kind staff. A little old and dated but still definitely worth the money! Would have been lovely to have had more pillows.

Damp and very cold room

The photos of the hotel are nothing like what I was expecting absolutely awful

This rates as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos on Expedia and their own website bear no resemblance to the current condition of the rooms. I was booked for two nights but on the second night decided to drive back home in the middle of the night. The bed and mattress were so worn, that I could not sleep, to compound things, there was no hot water in the morning, so I had to have a cold shower. I informed reception about this who assured me that they would rectify this. After my return to the hotel on the second day, room service had not cleaned the room , again I informed reception, who informed be that they don’t service the rooms everyday, despite their website advertising room service. At this point I had had enough and left the hotel. I was not expecting a luxury apartment but this hotel does not get even the basics right 1) Poor Bed and bedding 2} Poor shower bathroom with broken fittings and no hot water. 3 Dirty room surfaces were not cleaned and floor was not vacuumed. 4) No daily room service AVOID THIS HOTEL!
