Excellent location for shopping, restaurants etc. The bus station and train station is across the street as well. Very close to the harbor and the beach, I will definitely stay here again. All staff was great. Appreciated free water and free refill.

飯店位置就在坎城車站前面,門口對著尼斯機場直達車的車站,相當方便,要走路去逛街或老城區也都很近。 房間用的是老式鑰匙,我住的 #230 連房間內部都得用鑰匙鎖門不是很方便,但我同事住的 #229 就有另外的門鎖可用。 房間隔音不好,我同事在隔壁講公務電話,我隔著牆都聽得見他在說什麼,另外就是我那間房間的浴室有個臭味無法解決(不是沒打掃乾淨的問題,懷疑是管線) 房間裝飾有用心,床也算好睡,只是全身鏡前面就是掛衣服的架子,把要掛的衣服掛起來之後就沒有鏡子用了,這有點瞎。 但服務人員很棒,也很熱心,我們一天內進進出出數次,每次進出都要把鑰匙交回櫃臺,大概一天半之後有幾位服務人員就不必我們報房號,都記得我們住哪間了。她們的服務態度會是我下次回來出差還會願意把這間飯店列入考慮的主要因素。

There are only one staff to serve in the hotel after 6:00pm. You will have the feeling back to college that no service for the lodging! I have late check in around. 6:00 pm and I find out the toilet problem later. However, the reception inform me that is impossible to change room and no one can help. I have to use the shower for cleaning my face! Everything are old and needed to be repair. However, the receptionist is kind and friendly!

Séjour très décevant, principalement en raison du manque de confort et du non-respect des consignes. La chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes : des taches de javel sur la moquette, une porte d’entrée qui ferme mal et isole très peu du bruit, et une insonorisation globale insuffisante, rendant les nuisances sonores constantes. La VMC de la salle de bain est particulièrement bruyante et la pression d’eau dans la douche est quasi inexistante, ce qui rend son utilisation peu agréable. Par ailleurs, malgré le panneau clairement indiqué pour ne pas effectuer le ménage pendant mon séjour, celui-ci a tout de même été fait. Lors de cette intervention, la femme de ménage a fait tomber et cassé ma palette de maquillage. De plus, les serviettes ont été changées tous les jours, alors qu’elles étaient correctement suspendues et qu’il était bien précisé dans la salle de bain que cela permettait justement d’éviter leur remplacement. Un séjour globalement frustrant, avec un manque de soin, de confort et de respect des consignes du client

A very very nice little hotel next to the station. The cleaning routine was a little strange, but otherwise a functional hotel with super friendly staff. The only disappointment was that, despite requesting it, there were no proper vegan options at breakfast. In any case, having tested accommodations in Cannes, I can say that this is a very good option in its price range with the prefect location.

We had a terrible experience. We paid for a more expensive room so we could have a balcony, but we got a room without one. The supervisor refused to refund us for the difference and offered a complimentary breakfast instead, or to cancel our booking (suggesting we look for a different hotel). Only after a long and heated debate, he agreed to refund the room price difference. No compensation was offered for not fulfilling our reservation, and the supervisor claimed it's Hotels.com fault for selling a room that is not available. The room we got was very basic and not well-maintained or decorated. Very cheap furniture, a stained carpet, a nearly empty soap/shampoo dispensers (which weren't topped up during our stay), no bedside table or additional chair, and to top it all off, the room wasn't properly cleaned. The room itself faced an inner yard, and below our window was a table and chairs where staff would chat and smoke very late at night. That made us wake up several times at night to the sounds of talking and the smell of cigarette smoke. We repeatedly asked those night shift people to keep it down, and had to shut our window, to reduce the noise and smell. We complained twice at reception, and after two sleepless nights, it stopped. Housekeeping was subpar; the housekeeper wouldn't clean the room before 1 pm, and even then, cups were never washed, there was no supply of toilet paper or coffee, and the floor remained dirty. They only arranged the bed and emptied the bin.

We had to check out early given safety concerns, mainly. My family and I only stayed for 1 night even tho we paid for 2 nights. Upon arrival and check-in our room number was shouted loudly so that everyone in the lobby could hear (we were or at least told we were the only ones on the 4th floor) Elevator allows for 1 person and 1 bag only As we walked into the room, we noted one of the windows was WIDE open (windows opened inward therefore an entire person or several people could easily come through the roof into our room. Given this, we checked all spots in the apartment - to which we found the bathroom window was also open. We also found a phone holder in one of the showers….. The front desk did come up immediately and fix it. However, at around 12-12:30AM until 2:30-3AM we heard banging, running around, talking, clanking, etc. almost sounding as if someone broke in and was raiding the hotel as doors were slamming shut. Given we didn’t have a peep hole we didn’t know what was going on and under no circumstance did we want to open the door for obvious reasons………. The showers leaked EVERYWHERE - yes both there was absolutely no barrier even with the shower closed. We informed the front desk when we checked out the next day around 3PM where we were informed 3 interns were actually also staying on our floor and that is who most likely was making the noise. There was no deadbolt on the door. Very few towels. No silverware. This completely ruined our 2 day stay in Cannes&ha

Dette er IKKE et 4stjernet hotel. Vi var klar over at der var larm fra gaden, da hotellet ligger lige op ad stationen i Cannes. Men værelsernes tilstand var virkelig ringe. Vore dør til gange gabte flere centimeter, hvilket resulterede i, at vi kunne hver gang der blev åbnet og lukket en dør på gangen. Rengøringen var virkelig mangelfuld og der var skimmelsvamp i loftet og på væggene i badeværelset.
