mauvais reception ， hatitude pas bien pas gentille

This hotel definitely isn’t a 4-star property — more like a 3-star at best and should really be reviewed. The rooms are very outdated, the bathrooms were disgusting, and parts of the wooden doors were coming apart. There were also hidden charges that weren’t clearly mentioned. I added breakfast to my reservation and was then told it was already included they wanted €25 per person per day and it was a great selection to choose from. On top of that, using the outdoor pool cost an extra €20 per day, which was never stated beforehand. During the heatwave, I would have loved to use it without unexpected extra fees. The “spa” was also very disappointing and nothing like the pictures. It was outdated and only had a jacuzzi and a small pool — I wouldn’t really call it a spa. There were no English TV channels apart from the news, no minibar in the room, and they also took a €200 deposit at check-in without properly explaining what it was for. The lifts were also out of use during our stay and there was no help offered with luggage, which made things even more inconvenient. The only positives were the great location and the friendly staff.

Room was not very clean. Hotel smelled poorly and water backed up in the shower. Won’t be staying here again.

Great hotel in perfect location in Cannes!

Le personnel est à l’écoute, la partie spa est très agréable, le fait qu’il y ai peu de personne rentre forcément en compte. L’eau de la piscine est un fraîche mais supportable. Un bar est à disposition au sein de l’hôtel, ainsi qu’un restaurant. Les prix pratiqués sont convenables au vu des prix cannois. Le buffet petit déjeuner est un des moments phare du séjour: choix, qualité, accueil.

Parfait, Travaux de nuit sur la chaussée mais nuisance maîtrisée

We only booked this hotel specifically for their 2 saunas. I called in the afternoon to ensure they were in operation and then made a booking. We drove four hours there arriving to spend the evening in the saunas until. After a problem with parking and checking in , we went to the saunas only to find out that both were broken . I asked for help and if someone could fix them as there were still several hours left, but was told no one was available and maybe someone would come sometime the next day, but they couldn’t guarantee it. I explained the situation and was given an email to write to the manager, but had no luck.
