L’hôtel n’a pas de climatisation\. Il y a beaucoup trop d’attente au petit\-déjeuner, qui est par ailleurs vraiment passable\. La piscine manque d’entretien\.Le personnel n’est pas particulièrement accueillant\( sauf accueil \)C’est dommage, car l’hôtel est en perte de qualité et n’est plus à la hauteur de ce qu’il était auparavant\.

It was clean and plenty to do at the hotel. The shuttle bus was good however there were very long queues after the fireworks.

Man hör ljud från korridoren i rummet. Annars allt är mycket bra!

Hotel is a nice hotel our suite was lovely but the food and drink is more expensive than in Disneyland itself the breakfast that is included consists of toast and pan au chocolates if you want a proper breakfast you have to pay 11 euros each per day ( doesn't seem alot but there was 5 of us for 4 days soon ads up) and the pool gets very busy there is only a tiny area where little children can go safely as the rest of the pool is too deep there is 3 water slides but no life guard or even a life guard station so that is just a bad accident waiting to happen. There is no entertainment on an evening for kids or anything like that and you are a long way from Paris itself but there is a free shuttle to Disneyland but in peak season expect to wait along time to be able to get on as gets very busy and goes to other hotel too before this one. Overall a nice hotel but I wish we would have stopped in one of the Disney hotels not the partner hotel would of worked out about the same price to be honest

Morgenmad var et stort kaos med meget larm. Ikke den mest interessante morgenmad at vælge imellem. Sikkert godt for helt små børn, men vil nok vælge andet hotel næste gang, selv om poolen var et hit.

Helt ok. Mye å gjøre for ungene. Dyrt og ligger litt øde til. Må liksom benytte seg av hotell tilbud for drikke og is, og prisene var hårreisende. Kunne godt tenkt meg et supermarked med "normale" priser istedenfor å betale 18 euro for 3 stk is-te. Samt et apotek hadde vært en fordel på hotellet. Alt i alt helt ok, men hadde jeg visst priser og beliggenhet på forhånd hadde jeg kanskje valgt noe annet

Hello I booked 4 rooms with you, very disappointed about the rooms no air conditioning and the fans you gave us staff kept turning them off. There was no mention of a car park charge which we all had to pay £68 euros The football was turned off at 1:2 time with no care for your quests. The shuttle buses are dangerous- there should be more supplied for the amount of guests & hotels I would like you to offer me compensation as the hotel is not fit for purpose. I did request to upgrade to a suite as my son was ill from the heat but the increase in price was ridiculous Thank you

Love everything about it! Pizza is the best ever, rooms are perfect for what we need, staff helpful, pool great. Just a brilliant hotel. We've stayed here 5 times now

Greit badebasseng og lekerom. Hotellet bærer preg av alder. Ikke air condition på rommet

Hôtel situé à proximité des parcs Disneyland et fait pour les enfants: déco pirates et dragon, une aire de jeu extérieure ( que nous n'avons pas testée), une aire de jeu intérieure et une piscine ludique géniales, une chasse au trésor avec récompense... de quoi passer un superbe moment. Personnel très sympathique, chambre confortable, très bonne literie, 3 restaurants, parking (payant), navette vers les parcs ... Nous n’y étions qu’une nuit, mais je recommande

Vi har bodd her tidligere, fra den gang til nå syns vi hotellet har forfalt med blant annet mangel på vedlikehold. Basseng gulvet var også veldig skittent blant annet. Spillrommene syns vi at var dyr og i tillegg veksles det ikke på spillerommet. Frokosten var veldig enkel! Ganske bråkete hotel med mye klang.

Everything was very nice , the o oh thing that didn’t work was the AC and it was a very hot day so it would of been nice .

Chambre bruyante avec une climatisation au plafond qui faisait beaucoup trop de bruit. Impossibilité de dormir. Bruyant de l'extérieur. Salle de bain pas très propre, présence de poils sur le rebord de la baignoire. Tartre dans les toilettes ... Petit déjeuner au top comme le restaurant avec un accueil au top. Piscine correcte, eau tempérée agréable après un séjour caniculaire. Par contre noté 23h l'heure de fermeture on nous a fait sortir des bassins à 22h30. Accueil moyen de l'hôtel. On appelle pour obtenir des informations à la réception pas de réponse !!! Dommage car cela peut perdre en terme d'étoile ... Proximité avec les parc Disney et navette disponible, parking présent. Bel extérieur avec jeu pour les enfants. Présence d'un magasin de souvenirs, restauration rapide et restaurant buffet.

Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean. Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park.

Un par de arañas en el cuarto. La extensión (donde están las literas) no tenía ventilador y coincidió que llegamos justo en ola de calor. Los niños estuvieron FASCINADOS porque no notan los detalles que los adultos sí. Al final mientras se vaya con la idea de que esto es principalmente para ellos, resulta fenomenal.
