Clean and convenient location. No lift

離地鐵站近，凱旋門走路5分鐘可到，但是，房間很小潮濕有霉味，浴室排水也不佳，隔音非常不好，除了地點還不錯，其他都很差，這樣的房間價格太貴了。

房間小小的 早餐一般 但是飯店前面就是地點站 離凱旋門超近~~ 服務人員都超親切的

房間大小相當適合單人旅客，一人以上就嫌擁擠，服務人員態度很好，飯店就位於地鐵站旁邊，交通相當方便，附近也有超市，走路不到五分鐘就能到凱旋門，路上餐館也不少，生活機能優良，且不會有太多遊客吵雜，以個人旅行來說很愜意

Petit déjeuner peu diversifié (au prix d'un petit dej parisien...mais sans la vue sur la tour eiffel). Sur 3 jours la machine à café a été disponible qu'un seul. Le café lyophilisé de substitution aurait mérité un geste commercial. Le pain du 1er jour était du précuit. La photo de la chambre n'est pas contractuelle, en vérité la chambre est moins luxueuses. Il faut empreinter un couloir qui sert de débarat pour aller aux chambres. Les murs sont fins ou mes voisins parlaient fort...j'ai pas vraiment su.

Chambre donnant sur l’avenue de la grande armées, très très bruyant

Il y avait une odeur bizarre dans la chambre. Surtout la nuit, ce n’était pas très agréable.

L’hébergement est très bien situé et, malgré cela, l’endroit reste calme la nuit, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Cependant, le prix est élevé au regard de la qualité du nettoyage de la chambre et de l’accueil. Il n’y a pas de gardien sur place ; la personne chargée de l’accueil dort dans le couloir et vient vous ouvrir en pyjama, ce qui peut surprendre. Globalement, cela reste correct pour une nuit, mais le tarif demeure trop élevé par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle pour un court séjour. Emplacement très pratique (proximité métro, commerces, arc de triomphe). Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Café da manhã não vale a pena. Consegue-se comer mais barato ao lado do hotel e com muito mais qualidade. Servem um pedaço de pão, um croissant e um copo de suco de laranja e isso é o café da manhã. A localização é ótima!

We chose Marmotel Etoile for its location, which is excellent—just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The shower was reliably hot, and the room was reasonably clean on arrival. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was extremely small, with a very cramped bathroom (approximately 2ft by 6ft) no light, no bath. The space felt poorly designed, with the TV awkwardly positioned, making it difficult to move around the tight space between end of bed & wall. No kettle. No fridge. Safe on the floor. More concerning was the general condition of the room. It felt unfinished and lacked any sense of care or attention. There were visible signs of recent, incomplete work throughout: masking tape left on the floor, pencil markings on the walls, uneven or faulty electrical fittings, and rough plaster patches where previous fixtures had been removed. The bathroom lighting relied solely on the mirror, which was inadequate. The air conditioning remote was absent, the heated towel rail did not function, and the cheap TV offered only a very limited selection of channels, none in English. Overall, the reality did not match the hotel’s promotional images, which appear to present a far more polished experience than what we encountered. While the location is excellent, the condition and presentation of the room were disappointing and fell well below expectations. Was this space ever really meant to be a guests room?

Fantastische Lage des Hotels. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber groß genug für Reisebett, dass uns wie angefragt zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, und den Kinderwagen plus Gepäck. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Wir haben nur zwei Nächte übernachtet und waren so gut wie den ganzen Tag unterwegs - dafür war das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis unschlagbar. Das Zimmer war nachts ruhig. Wir haben kein Frühstück in Anspruch genommen. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-out bis 12:00 war super, um vormittags noch etwas zu unternehmen.

The staff is super friendly and nice and very welcoming and helpful. The room looks clean as a whole the bed sheets were dine the first day but when they changed the sheets the next day one of our pillows has stains on it so we did not use it any more. The toilet was kind of a mess It was not clean at all there were mold everywhere in the shower and there was no shower door and its like a half way glass wall instead they asked on a message on the wall on try not to pour water out of the shower lol They kept giving towels for that purpose too and they put a towel on the shower ground so we can use it for all the spilled water but there was no way to keep the toilet dry! Thankfully we had disinfected wipes to wipe out the toilet. The toilet sink was also very small and weird! There was also no place to put your shampoo in the shower. Their breakfast was also just ok Each person basically get a few type of mini jams (pack) a half baguette (fresh) a croissant (fresh) and a glass of orange juice and you could use coffee machine and tea as well but thats it for every day! The only great thing about this place was the location as it was super close to metro station and the Arc.
