This hotel is in a great location within the walking distance to famous landmarks and metro right by the entrance. If you are planning on staying there you do need to specify what kind of room you would like to have because some of them do not have any city views.

I stayed there for one night. They have a luggage storage facility, which was very convenient for me as I arrived well ahead of the regular check-in time. The best thing about the place is the location - right beside the train station and 5 5-minute walk from Arc de triumph. I loved it. I had business in Lyon, so I stayed there for one night to explore some popular attractions in pairs. I believe if you are traveling solo and looking for an affordable accommodation, this place is perfect for a few night stay. The rooms were clean and perfect for one person.

Decent hotel for the price. Definitely 3 star quality...not exceptional but served its purpose. Loved that I could check in at noon after a red eye flight. Staff for the most part were friendly with the exception of 1 staff member correcting my french in a bit of a rude manner. I genuinely tried my best with my limited language. The rooms are very basic but very clean and offer mini fridges which is nice for a few groceries. Very close to arc de triomphe and walkable to eiffel tower which was great for tourists. I stayed at the courtyard level which is also where the breakfast is served. Very quiet aside from about 6:30am-10:30am when breakfast is served. Fortunately, jetlag had me unbothered but good to note and maybe request a room on an upper level. Overall a fine stay. I got what I paid for which was a bed and what I felt was a safe accommodation.

It was a good (and a stones throw from the Arc d’ Triumphe) until the last morning when the front desk thought I hadn’t paid for the continental breakfast the day prior (I had) and the clerk the day before hadn’t put it in the computer. Once it was settled I had actually paid, I paid for that mornings continental breakfast but didn’t take the receipt (my bad-I wasnt thinking) so the kitchen staff treated me as if I was lying about paying. Another guest walked in the dining area and was greeted with “bonjour!” and I was greeted with “did you pay?!?!” Then they called the front desk to make sure. It was VERY insulting! Staff was terrible overall. I go to Paris every year and I wont stay there ever again. Avoid and stay somewhere else you’ll be better off.

Not like the pictures, the only good thing about this motel it's the location. You have to return the room key every time you go out, tv remote didn't work, no cafetería or restaurant inside

Flooded room ..water damage my professional camara, clothes,got sick from frozen dirty water on myfeet. Manager/ Owner never showed up to see ...never in the hotel . Lobby workers put the reports of all happenings...changed to another room.

The room was clean but did not have a kettle or any tea/coffee facilities in the room. The air conditioning remote control was unavailable on the first night, until mentioned at reception. No lift facilities so it was difficult to carry the heavy luggage up and down the stairs.
