Centrally located, provided everything we needed.

Very good location and very friendly front deck staff, check in went very smoothly and quickly, gave us clear directions to the local major attractions as well.

Goof location in city center, parking garage 21 euros for 2 days.

L’hôtel est un brin désuet mais très propre et personnel bien serviable. En revanche si sa localisation est parfaite pour visiter le centre ville, il faut être prêt à supporter les bruits des terrasses de bar jusqu’à plus de 3h du matin… Bref la nuit a été courte et peu reposante

This is such a lovely little hotel with a charming style, perfectly positioned right in the centre of the city. So convenient for everything! We slept perfectly, ideal location, great value. We'll definitely stay again.

Hotel was so convenient to touring Reims. Staff was helpful with things we didn’t understand. Parking in the suggested parking lot worked out perfect and very easy once we understood how it worked. Perfect location for our first night in France and dealing with jet lag. Nice restaurants right out your door.

Veldig sentralt hotell! Litt små rom, men ren og pent. Hadde dessverre rom mot bakgården hvor det var mye matlukt, så ikke mulighet for å lufte. Fordelen er at det ikke er støy fra hovedgaten.

Satisfait par la localisation, propreté de la chambre pas top mais le reste au niveau général est bien. Personnel à l'écoute. Brasserie au rez bon rapport qualité prix et bien situé

Direkt in der Fußgängerzone, keine Parkmöglichkeiten und die Zimmer sind klein für eine Nacht, aber nicht mehr. Das Restaurant im Hause ist nicht zu empfehlen.

１階がレストランのホテルのためとても美味しそうな匂いがしてくる時間帯があります。ランスの市街地にあるので街歩きには便利な立地です。スタッフは親切な方が多く、日本語がわかる方もいました。映画祭は参加のために利用しましたが、他にも同じ目的の方がいて納得しました。ヨーロッパの旧市街地の多くのホテルがそうなのですが、大変古い（歴史ある）建物をリニューアルして使っているのでとても味わい深いものがあります。次回ランスに行く機会があれば再び利用を検討したいです。部屋もベッドも清潔でしたので実際これは重要なのです。

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even allowed us to drop off our baggage early before check-in, which we really appreciated. ​While the room was clean, it does need some attention. There were noticeable beverage stains on the walls opposite the beds, and some of the bathroom fixtures were loose. The room lighting also needs a rethink: there are no diffusers on the bulbs, making them uncomfortably bright, and the master switch controls everything, meaning it’s a "lights all on or all off" situation. Lastly, the in-room safe required a physical key that was not provided. ​A good stay overall, but fixing these maintenance issues would greatly improve the experience.

A nice loaction next to a big underground parking lot. Plenty around it in terms of places to eat and drink. Just a little tired inside and seems ready for a refurbishment
