Staff were courteous, hotel was as you would expect for a 3*. No real issues at all, room very small and dated. Around the base of the bed was a strip of Velcro that was full of debris and hair which was quite off putting.

一人旅で利用。客室は、広くないが清潔に清掃されていた。アメニティは最小限なので、持参した方が良い。
部屋にケトルがあったのが良かったが冷蔵庫は壊れており使えなかった。
メトロ駅の駅が二駅最寄りにあり、周辺にはスーパーや薬局、飲食店も多数あるので、立地は良く、夜まで人通りがある地域なので、治安に不安もなく過ごすことが出来た。記載の空港シャトルバスは無いが、フロントに頼めばタクシーを呼んでくれる。

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the reception area to the guest room, the entire property is severely outdated and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old and slow that it felt almost unusable.
The room looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which is misleading. The cups provided were paper cups, and the towels were worn and damaged, giving a strong impression of neglect and poor hygiene.
This level of condition and service is absolutely unacceptable for a three-star hotel. I expect a serious explanation and appropriate compensation for this experience.
