Staff in reception were professional and fast reacted(Maybe bit too fast to take over my signature while I paid by credit card); Breakfast was plenty of choice, they even offered pure soy milk! What a surprise in Europe.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. Great location with shops and everything you need in a walking distance. The room was clean and big. Very good breakfast compared to other hotels in similar price range.

Impeccable

Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Sehr modern und groß, allerdings auch sehr laut, da davor ein Jahrmarkt bis 00:00 geöffnet ist. Man hört die ganze Zeit das Gekreische und kann Banden aus dem Fenster sehen, die die Händler beklauen. Sehr schlechter Schallschutz. Absolut keine schöne Gegend. Als Frau würde ich da abends nicht allein unterwegs sein. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt ab 2 ÜN einen Gutschein für Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank in der Lobby, wenn man die Zimmerreinigung nicht in Anspruch nimmt. Die Sauna ist direkt im Fitnessraum ohne Abtrennung. Alles sehr klein. Anbindung Straßenbahn ins Zentrum ist sehr gut.

La habitación tiene lo necesario, el hotel tiene una super ubicación, el desayuno estuvo bien, el personal amable. Solo tuvimos unos vecinos muy ruidosos que escuchaban música y cantaban que no dejaron descansar hasta casi las 12 de la noche.

Excellent room (upgrade) excellent breakfast and peaceful stay

Hotel 4 étoiles moderne bien situé et proche des transports, chambres cosy et spacieuses, accueil check-in et check-out rapide, petit-déjeuner varié en produits frais, nombreux restaurants en proximité. Excellent séjour confortable et reposant.

Personnel efficace, disponible et sympathique. Chambre propre. Hôtel bien situé avec un accès à pied facile à la vieille ville et au centre-ville.

Everything was great

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Komfortables Zimmer (Superior Room), relativ zentrale Lage (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß zur Altstadt), angenehme RoofTop Bar mit Pool, durchdachte Konzepte (Wasserspender auf jeder Etage), Getränkegutscheine für jeden Tag, den man auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet (allerdings sollte klarer darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die nur an dem SB Kühlschrank an der Rezeption gelten und nicht an der Rooftop Bar).

Nice place a little hard to find

Tout est très bien, la chambre choisie spacieuse, mais le seul point très négatif est le manque de qualité du matelas pour un hôtel qui veut être 4 étoiles ! Une vraie planche ou plaque en pierre, comme dans un formule 1. Pour avoir fréquenter d’autres hôtels NH, les lits n’ont jamais été aussi médiocres. Dommage que l’hôtelier ne considère pas le lit, comme une priorité. Le problème est récurant, selon le staff à la réception.

A nice hotel with a great roof top pool (except it is not heated). The rooms show some wear and tear, but are nice enough and clean. We had some issues with the booking as the photos on Hotels.com did not match the room category we booked. We had specifically booked the jr suit because the photos showed it had a door separating the bedroom and living room, something which was very important since we travelled with a baby. But on arrival, we were told that this was only in the family rooms, and these were not available. The hotel admitted that the photos were wrong and gave us a family room for the last 3 nights, and we also got a small compensation from Hotels.com so the situation was solved nicely in the end, but we had to go to bed at 2000 with the baby the first two nights which was not ideal..

Loistava hotelli!

Centraal gelegen. Jammer dat je verderop in de straat in de parking moet parkeren waardoor je parkeerkosten betaalt (geen plek in de buurt verder). Prima basic hotel voor een paar nachtjes.

Fantastig staff, great pool & great service. You can hear the cleaners in the hallway but in the end its ok.

Als wir im NH angekommen sind viel uns alls erstes der Schlafbereich auf. Der war schön gestaltet und sauber. Auch Badzimmer und Wc waren sauber. Was uns aber auch aufgefallen ist, es ist ein renoviertes Hotel, es fehlt die Liebe zum Detail. Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich war schräg platziert und irgenwie wurde eim der Eindruck vermittelt, ist das wirklich 4 Stern? Die Decke im Eingangsbereich vom Zimmer war ein Spalt zu sehen, dahinter sehr viel Staub, die Wasserflaschen die gratis aufzufüllen sind, eine nette Idee, waren nicht sauber, der Vorhang hatte Löcher, das Fenster war nicht vollständig schliessbar und dadurch hatte man das Gefühl die Autos von der Strasse unterhalb direkt im Zimmer zu haben. Wenn ihr ein gutes Hotel, dass sauber ist, gut gelegen ist und einfach nur dort übernachtet. Super Wahl.
