We were overcharged- told a bottle of champagne was 60 euros when we purchased it and then they charged us 110 euros when we settled the bill. We raised it to the staff and the management but they would not honour what we had been told.
I would not recommend people stay there.

We were very happy with our stay. Great location from which to visit the old and new city. Super friendly staff!! The room was large with a wonderful balcony overlooking the old city. Nice garden with areas to sit and sip wine. We would stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay in hotel du Roí was excellent. We attribute our great stay to two of the staff members, the manager Yari and the restaurant manager Nicolas, both of these staff members made our stay wonderful. The hotel is exceptionally well located to visit the castle and the town. We also found the chefs food delicious and opted to eat at the hotel most nights.
