Convenient location. Approx 5 mins walk from the central station. A lots of restaurants around the area and closed to high street. The hotel itself has a restaurant and their cafe are very delicious. The room is right size and has everything you need. clean and bright.

My German friend and I stayed here one night to see the band The Notwist. The hotel is centrally located, near the cathedral and museum and shops on the waterfront. The Junior suite was spacious, had stunning views, and was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful. They had the adapter for my American electronics. The breakfast was a smorgasbord of everything you could possibly want (breads, pastries, cheeses, meats, fresh fruits, juices). The waiters made our coffee beverages and brought them to our table. It was the perfect stay for our one night in Cologne.

Pros - location was excellent. Breakfast and coffee were wonderful! Room was large and the decor was pretty. Cons - the pillows weren’t the best. Also, it’s noisy from the bars below until well after 2am on a Sunday night. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but wanted to mention it for light sleepers.

tiptop soweit, sehr gute Lage am alten Markt, vom Zimmer aus sogar mit Blick auf den Dom. Zentral bedeutet halt auch den Geräuschpegel des gegenüberliegendem Pub bis früh in den Morgen. Sehr reichhaltieges Frühstückbuffet

Right in the city center, so it was the perfect location for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty basic. As for our room, the bed was comfy but the pillows were foldable so heads up on that for those who cant sleep on flat pillows. When getting our rooms cleaned we noticed the cleaners never really vacumed the floors and didnt top up on the toiletries when we ran out of some that we had to call the receptionist who kindly came over to hand these over to us. Overall the staff were warm and friendly and very helpful with all queries that we had. I would highly recommended this hotel if your someome who's visiting Köln for the first time.

Das Check-in war eine Katastrophe! Das Personal beherrschte die IT nicht. Am Ende dauerte der Check-In nach mehreren vergeblichen Versuchen eine Stunde obwohl alle Daten vorlagen. Vollkommen inakzeptabel!

This was a wonderful hotel. Great location, spacious rooms, modern amenities. The only strange thing is that as of late March 2026, the images of the outside of the building used on the website don't match the updated exterior of the facility. I got confused trying to find the hotel.

Had a great stay at this hotel which has a prime location right on the square in the Old town. Hotel was very clean throughout with really friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice facing on to the square which could be noisy with the windows open (others have mentioned this) but didn't really affect me as quite deaf anyway so would opt for the same room. Great choice for the continental breakfast with lots of fresh food and fruit. Overall had a great stay and will definitly stay here again.
