Lovely hotel, well-equipped room and comfy big bed. Provided me with a great gluten free breakfast. Fantastic location, close to the cathedral and other city sites. Short walk to the train station if you are travelling by train. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay close by the old town and Christmas markets. Room was comfortable and service was excellent.

Very well centrally located for Cologne Cathedral, Christmas markets, the chocolate museum, and train access. Quiet, comfortable, very good breakfast (at an added cost), and close to several bars and restaurants for other meals.

We had our do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeepers barged in when I had just gotten out of the shower and was completely naked, exposing me to the outer hallway too. Best the hotel would give us was a “free coffee”, which they did give us in the end but felt a bit insulting. Accidents happen but the whole thing just felt poorly handled and like we were being gaslit. The receptionist at the end was more understanding but overall, was a very odd experience that I’d never had happen. Rooms are super tiny and beds aren’t very comfortable. Very unlikely we’d stay here again.
