Gym is good and clean

The lifes are the big problem, the good in the restaurant also not good

Perfect location. Lovely place.

Beautiful hotel loved the spa amenities and rooftop view.

Terrible front desk and guest service. Had to wait hours before room was ready. Unfortunately we got a accesible room on first floor which felt very damp, shower flooded instantly. When we called guest service she replied « please send a mail to reception ». Breakfast and pool service is chaotic. Not what we expect from a 5 star hotel.

This property was very nice. Recently renovated and very spacious. The room was very well appointed with everything you need at your reach. The view is exceptional especially from the Resturant next so pretty. I love that the hotel has 3 pools available.

The staff at reception was very slow and inexperienced. Our room cards stopped working before the checkout time, which created quite an inconvenience

Great breakfast at the rooftop worth the visit by itself. Scenic views from the pool and helpful staff. Drinking and eating at the bar was expensive though. Great foodplaces 5 min walk away recommended.

Comfortable experience

Nothing Grand about this Grand Hyatt. In a country with abundance of warmth and solid hospitality, this was a strange outlier at the end of our trip. Poor Service across the board Super unwelcoming staff Average breakfast in terms of spread and quality Tiny bathrooms Overall seemed understaffed Very to the point - 3.5 starish attitude overall. Disappointing to say the least. @Grand Hyatt as a brand this affects you more than the hotel which seems to be doing well. I’ll think many times before booking another Grand Hyatt knowing usually it’s a fairly solid product. But maybe there is no brand oversight.

Located in a busy area but safe because of the amount of security. Not too close or walkable to major sight seeing.

Zimmer und Bad sauber, modern, täglicher Roomservice, Essen sehr lecker, Aussicht traumhaft, tolle Rooftop Außenpools. Gegend sehr charmant mit kleinen Cafes, Supermarkt und Einheimischen. Auch kulturell eine reiche Gegend: Eine Armenische Kirche ist ganz in der Nähe.

The property is clean and beautiful. In our room the main door stuck and was very difficult to open and close without a loud noise. The bathroom door lock didn't work and we couldn't keep the bathroom door closed. We planned to use the shuttle service however when we arrived at the port with our family there was no one waiting and we were told it would be at least 40 minutes before we could be picked up. (Our shuttle to the airport the next day was early, clean and very nice.) We reserved the "deluxe family suite" which is 2 connected rooms-- they were both very nice and spacious. Our check in was at 3:00 however our second room wasn't ready until 5:00 (we were there at 3:30 waiting) and we had to call and wait for the door to be opened between rooms and to get a rollaway bed that had been confirmed prior to the stay to be brought in and set up. We weren't fully in both rooms with the bed until 6:00. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but we were traveling with small children which made this process pretty stressful. There were a couple of very large groups checking in around the same time which I think added to the delays so this might not be a typical experience.
