老闆很親切且熱心協助旅客的問題,感覺就像家人般. 旅館旁有韓式越式餐廳,過馬路有麥當勞,走路3分鐘也有好吃價格不高的餐廳,一份可吃兩餐,走路5分鐘有大賣場.比起杜夢鬧區因疫情店家全關,這邊的生活機能完全沒問題. 飯店備有微波爐及冷熱飲水,很方便.對面就是test center. 整體收費不貴且應有盡有,就考生而言是沒什麼好挑惕的旅館.

The washroom is clean and the location is excellent for cpa exam. The stuff is not very friendly but is not rude. The worst part is I have to ask for a hotel staff to change air con setting. I am not allowed to have an additional pillow which is disappointing.

Th a/c runs properly during the typhoon. I give this review 3.5 out of 5 stars as it was missing indoor slippers, hardly hot water running, lamps not working properly and the ceiling have several dusts clinging on some areas.

New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!

The staff overall are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, the AC works - the location is convenient - close to shops and restaurants. Overall, the place is great. The only downside is the building looks old and would do for a nice renovation as there is a musty, moldy smell that lingers, but it didn't bother me. It's a great place to stay if you're looking to save a few bucks.

Way overpriced for what you get Same room and furniture from the 70s Outdated, old funky carpet, peeling paint Creepy ppl hanging outside. The room was clean the cleaners did the best they could with what they are working with. In the future I will pay a little extra to get a proper hotel.
