The hotel is in front of the lake and has a pool facing the lake. Best sunset view ever. They even have a bar in the pool. The food was okay. But the staff went above and beyond for us. We had paid for breakfast but because we were leaving before breakfast time, they gave us a to go meal. Also helped us with the shuttle for the airport. Best experience thus far

Raul on reception was fantastic, really helpful and kind. The location is great and the area lovely. Room was unfortunately smelly. We opened the door , window ,had the fan on constantly and even put the AC on to run the air through but it didn't make much difference. There's no fan in the bathroom and all our clothes got very damp and sticky. We tried to sit outside as much as we could.

Room looked tired and in need of decoration. Nice view from balcony and friendly staff.
The road in front of the hotel has been flooded for months, which is sad.
Flores was a lovely place to visit.
