The hotel is clean and tidy, there is a supermarket nearby and only 2 minutes’ walk from Astoria subway station. It is not far away from major scenic spots. Very good and convenient hotel with reasonable price.

Schöne Hotel in zentraler Lage. Tolle Zimmer, die Fenster lassen sich (im Hof) groß öffnen. Das Frühstück besonders der Kaffe könnte besser sein.

The hotel reminded me of a movie star that was beautiful 20 years ago but now past its prime and tired looking. The lobby is newer looking (although the water feature in the front looks like it's seen better days). The staff were very helpful on check in and assigned me a quiet room away from the elevator. There are only 2 very small elevators for the hotel, so be prepared to wait a while. The carpet in the common areas looks old. The room itself was comfortable and clean but the bathroom was dingy looking with very dirty grout and a cracked sink. Also to note, the bath is very high so anyone with hip issues or reduced mobility would have a hard time getting in and out. I paid extra for breakfast - it was typical hotel breakfast buffet fare but limited if you are gluten and dairy free. I had breakfast at 7:30am and there were about 30+ tables which hadn't been bussed so I had to sit at the very far end of the dining hall. Only 2 staff working at breakfast and they were focused on replenishing the buffet. It's a good location, walkable to metro, buses, and tourist highlights. I don't opt for luxury accommodation but I wouldn't stay there again. It just felt a bit dated and sad.

Good hotel! I keep coming back!

A well-located hotel in the city centre, rooms large and with all necessary amenities. The fridge did not work, so I was promptly provided with another room, where it did not cool well either, but worked a bit better. The wi-fi was alright, although not particularly strong--this could be improved. Breakfast excellent, wide selection and high quality.

Nice and clean. Indian staff were very friendly with a smile but the Eastern European staff were cold like their culture.

Bra urval av frukost, rena rum, tidig incheckning då vårt rum var redan städat vilket uppskattades enormt mycket av oss. Vi kunde lämna våra väskor i förvar vid utcheckning. Rekommenderar starkt!

Good Location..room was cleaned, reception service was good, only staff at breakfast hall was fine

My room on second floor felt quite loud with all the bins on wheels going in and out late night and early morning in the courtyard. Plus mirror light wasn’t working in my bathroom.

Easy check in, the room I stayed in was clean. The romm had great amenities and is in a prime location close to the city centre and public transport including the bus to the airport
