One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. We had a long stay and the experience was at the highest standards throughout. The rooms are spacious and extremely well designed allowing us to store a lot of luggage without the bags getting in the way. In fact we had enough space to do yoga everyday am before breakfast right in the room. The concierge team takes great care to get to know their guests and personalize the experience. Shoutout to Chef Utsha for the amazing avocado toasts she specifically made on request going above and beyond. Shoutout to the entire team at Cosmo for always setting the highest standards in customer service (and chasing me down when I forgot my phone :-)).

I needed to leave early morning to catch a 7 pm train. The checkout process was super-smooth thanks to the attention that Ms Nandini (executive in charge at 06.15 am of 13 June) gave to it. She took care to make sure the breakfast basket had nothing missing, and completed the checkout very efficiently.

We had booked three rooms with a forest view and requested a week in advance that the rooms be located next to each other. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the room allocation at check-in, and one of the rooms did not receive the forest view as booked. Each time we spoke with the front desk, we received different information, and it seemed our request had not been properly noted.
The property itself is excellent, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the lack of consistency and process at the front desk during check-in was disappointing.

• Check-in and check-out took far too long.
• At check-in I was told only a smoking room was available, even though I had clearly requested a non-smoking room in the remarks; although a non-smoking room was eventually arranged, this situation should not have occurred.
• I had reserved a king bed, but received a twin room instead.
• The bottled water had black debris around the threads under the cap when opened, which was unhygienic and very unpleasant.
• On the positive side, all the staff were friendly and pleasant.
