Yes, room was good. Staff is quick in service. Since I am a platinum OneKey member, i also got few benifits like late check-out, lounge access etc. Overall stay was amazing.

It's still new so you have to give it time. Few of the staff at the restaurant seemed lost when I entered and said that I wanted to have lunch at the restaurant. It will also be nice if juice was included with the buffet. But overall, it was fine.

We were on a family holiday for the first time in Bangalore! This hotel is absolutely stunning and amazing, from the minute we checked in, so seamless and very efficient. Reception staff were so helpful and informative and welcoming. The staff at reception had an abundance of knowledge of the area and offered us advice on must see sights in Bangalore! Great location and only 30 mins from the airport. It's around 40 mins into Bangalore city centre. Security staff at the Entrance are so helpful and always take care of our bags and luggage without us having to even lift a finger! I would like to mention Keshav - security staff was ever so kind and helpful and very professional. The hotel is modern and trendy with a touch of class! Very spacious and elegant. Plenty of lounge spaces and decorated creatively with attention to details. Rooms are great size and has plenty of facilities. Chef Narayana and Chef Ajay Negi would go over and beyond to make our meal times extra special! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Chef Ajay Negi and Chef Narayana exceeded all our expectations and should be recognised for their fantastic culinary skills as chefs and for their absolutely delicious food and desserts and catering for the Jain Diets. Ajay Negi is an asset to Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hebbal, his service and professionalism is truly outstanding! At the Cosmo restaurant we were greeted by the kind and friendly and very professional waiter staff Tesly, Vishnu, Akriti and Zeli. Thanks
