訂了一星期住宿，入住2天後有緊要事要離開，竟然不能退餘下的住宿！expedia客服和酒店客服互相推，態度還非常差

Good food, comfortable bed and good service. It's good choice for business trip to stay more several days.

Service is good. People there are friendly. Only key card is bug of this hotel.

前面修路, 很髒.

Breakfast good. Work near pool makes it noisy, but still usable.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, professional staff, nice gym. Only small negatives - the gym could use a rowing machine. Also, the there was construction work around the swimming pool.

Everything was super in in this hotel. Cleaning ,breakfast and the staff all excellent 👌

Rooms perfectly clean and serviced, all fine. Remarkable choice at breakfast, huge offer and super friendly staff. Staff at desk as well very helpful. Great place to stay, most guests are business people.

The Hyatt is a big soulless hotel with no real identity (as with many big chain hotels that beige and brown inside and out - no lively colourful art or colors other than neutral beige) but it is clean, has good facilities and it is relatively quiet for Ahmedabad.

Rooms clean and bed soo comfortable. Excellent Breakfast was brilliant freshly cooked and healthy options Service in the restaurant was amazing and I have to mention Aman and Shivam both very attentive and very good!

Excellent Stay & Breakfast, but Major Billing & Communication Issues. Pros: The stay itself was very pleasant. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was excellent. Cons/Areas for Improvement: 1. Breakfast Variety: While the quality was great, the menu felt repetitive. For guests staying multiple nights, it would be much better if the menu changed daily to avoid a monotonous experience by the second day. 2. Billing & Staff Training (Major Issue): This was the most stressful part of our 4-night business stay for our team of seven. Before booking via Expedia, I called the hotel to confirm if they could provide a GST invoice with my company details. They explicitly confirmed they could. However, upon check-in, the staff strictly denied this, claiming Expedia must provide it. I spent my entire stay under significant pressure, having to explain the situation to different staff members and managers every single day. On the day of checkout, they did finally provide the bill, which proves it was possible all along. The "hustle" and misinformation I faced were due to a clear lack of knowledge and training among the staff. Management needs to ensure that the team is properly trained on GST protocols for third-party bookings and, more importantly, that they provide consistent and accurate information to guests to avoid unnecessary stress.

Poor management, I was offered a room (510) with washbasin at 2 1/2 feet height, with water splashing around. No bathroom curtain, no antiskid mat in shower area. Every time when the doorbell rang there was blaring fire alarm, which NOONE could figure out why? When the front desk was informed, they were just passing the buck. The floor manager had no idea what the problem was and perhaps had never visited any of the hotel room to check. It was a family holiday with my younger sister, and it was ruined. can not recommend!
