I stay at Hyatts Hiltons Marriots and Sheratons all over the world. Hyatt is a class of its own. This particular Hyatt was totally impressive from the highly professional front desk staff to the resturants the high quality bedrooms and bathrooms. I think every time I visit the city this is the hotel of choice. Well Done Hyatt Regency. A top class hotel

We had wonderful time at Hyaat. Breakfast had good spread and most items were freshly cooked. Service at breakfast was excellent, thanks to Neerag for chatting and helping with food selection. Overall the property was well maintained and very inviting. Staff were well mannered and always ready to help. We will surely come back.

Very polite delightful staff always have a smile on their face and would always go the extra mile to help you. My family and I are fans of the Hyatt chain and always pick it as the first choice when travelling in India. A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help. An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !! Even though we only stayed for one night after a long flight we had a fantastic time. Thank you all once again. 🙏

Overall the service and the hotel is good can't really fault anything but the check in process was abit so what disappointing. As I knew my was landing at 5am I email them for an early check in 5 days in advance, no response until Iast day. The response in the email was no problem sir come to hotel we will accommodate your request, no mention of early charges at all. However at the time of the check in they wanted a whole days charge for an early check in after quite lengthy dispute we negotiate half way. There was no consideration of the fact we have travelled all the way from the UK.
