Room size is too small and exorbitantly charged.Everything else is very good ,particularly the staff etiquette’s.

Never disappoints. One of the best in the hospitality industry. Special shout out to Megha and Devika in Citrus dining and Radhakrishna and Mudrappa ( bellmen ). Will return for sure.

From the breakfast buffet that was top 3 of my entire life, to the service that was very likely the best I’ve ever experienced, the Leela was stupendous. I look forward to returning and will definitely recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Das Hotel hat meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gemacht. Der Service war wunderbar und das Personal stets aufmerksam. Trotz der hektischen Stadtlage ist das Hotel selbst sehr ruhig, was für erholsame Nächte sorgt. Der Fitnessbereich war gut ausgestattet und ideal für ein schnelles Training zwischendurch. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Breakfast with loads variety of food and delicious fresh food. Staff really friendly and helpful. Go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Horrible rooms - had to change 3 times in 6 days. Noisy - blown out electricity and pubic hair from past guests in bathtub. Super awful and traumatising experience
