距離米蘭車站相當近，交通方便，但房間看起來有些老舊，且未提供礦泉水。

有空調等於冇空調， 根本上就壞了冷氣

great location， great staff， but hotel room is lacking all the necessities. No clothes hanger at all, no slippers, mattress is sunken: very uncomfortable. Breakfast is good.

Just OK for a short stay.

Many bed bugs were found on our bed, showing poor cleanliness.

地點距離米蘭中央車站約兩分鐘的距離，附近餐館多。地點方便，房間內簡單，設施老舊。浴室清潔度與設備老舊糟糕。

Very clean hotel, excellent location

The location is a win for this hotel, it is a 5 minutes walk from the main train and metro station. But the cleanliness was lacking, there were mould on the shower head and around the bath tub. Although the hotel says there is a drinking water machines on each floor, but the one on the floor we stayed never worked throughout the time we stayed.

平價與否都應有基本水準， 或許我們入住到最糟的那間房。 2人入住只給1張房卡，沐浴區浴缸阻塞落水緩慢，Wifi完全連不上，冰箱不冷，閱讀燈底座漏電。 入住後就按了請勿打擾燈示，隔天卻還是進房打掃。

The hotel location was good, but service really was a let down. Especially the breakfast, I know it was a small thing, but I asked for a fresh cafe latte, the waiter pointed at an automatic machine, but when the lady next to me asked for one a freshly make coffee was made for her. I don’t know why, but not happy Jane!

I understand I booked what i paid. The room was ok just the carpet dont know why was wet. So when I entered the room after check-in, stepped on it, my socks got wet errrrr. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, however the room run down. The air conditioning didn’t work very well either. Okay stay for a couple of nights.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel 43 Station in Milan. Martina at the front desk was outstanding, very friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The gentleman working the night shift was also kind and did his best to help resolve the air conditioning issue despite limited English, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of breads and pastries, although the eggs and sussafes were not very good. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because of the breakfast staff. One staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. I politely asked for a glass cup, as other guests were using them, but he reluctantly refused and insisted that only paper cups were available, even though the glass cups were clearly visible on a nearby tray. He seemed impatient, shook his head while serving guests, and gave the impression that he was unwilling to help.when I showed him that I can see the cup he rudely took one and put it on the counter without any word! His attitude felt more like someone policing guests than providing hospitality, which did not match the otherwise welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were comfortable and clean. Overall, the excellent service from Martina and the night staff made the stay enjoyable, but the poor attitude of the breakfast staff significantly affected the experience.

Hotellrommet var dårlig vedlikehold og deler av utstyret på badet var ødelagt. En del støv på rommet. Nærhet / gangavstand til sentralstasjonen et stort pluss.
