Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean.
The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again.

Conosciamo Aqualux da più di dieci anni e ci siamo trovati sempre molto bene. La camera come sempre in condizioni eccellenti anche se, nota dolente e di scarsa attenzione, il dispenser di sapone della doccia era completamente vuoto e quello dello shampoo bloccato. Piscine e terme ottime: anche qui piccolo disagio per il bagno turco non funzionante (era attivo quello nell'area "costume free", diciamo non adatto alle esigenze di tutti). Per il resto tutto eccellente come sempre. La colazione è la migliore di tutti gli alberghi in cui siamo stati, c'è veramente di tutto, con varietà elevatissima e ottima qualità. Ristorante di qualità buona.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Lage sehr gut.
Wir waren nur enttäuscht, da wir um ein ruhiges Zimmer Richtung See gebeten haben und bekommen haben wir die entgegen gesetzte Richtung direkt an der Straße. Das war sehr schade.

Generelt skønt hotel. Man får en behagelig og god service overalt. Både i receptionen, ved poolen og til morgenmaden.
Bilen holder skønt i parkeringskælderen, hvor der er gratis opladning til elbil på 2 standere. Værelserne er også gode, lidt mangel på lys over håndvasken, sengen er lidt hård, men der er en generel ting i Sydeuropa. Den måde værelserne køles ned på er fantastisk, da man kan skrue ned for blæser hastighed, også hører man slet ikke airconditionen. Vi kommer tilbage en anden gang.
