Château Monfort was a wonderful place to stay in Milan. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant decor and a unique atmosphere that made our stay feel special. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, and everything was spotless. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations or any requests we had. Breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection of fresh and delicious options. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Milan.

The room is well decorated, and in fact each room is assigned difference themes of decoration. It is clean and well tidied. Their staff are friendly and helpful. You can buy bus ticket just from their reception, and they have portable wifi rent service, thought I have not tried that.
The hotel is however a little far from metro station then I expect, which takes a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to get there. There is a tram connecting it to the Milan Centrale train station. So it is still an easy place to get to.
Overall I have a great experience to stay in here for two nights.

- The "single" bed is made up of 2 beds combining together @@, so there is an obvious gap in between the 2 beds, not comfortable at all!
- Though they have a bathroom of decent size, somehow the space between the shower curtain and the wall is rather narrow, which makes it rather impossible to take a shower without either touching the curtain or the wall...(my friend who is size 2 female is also having the same problem, so bet most of the people will face this issue, so DO reconsider whether to stay here if that would bother you a lot)
- The tissue box looked as if someone pulled a lot of tissues out of it and then stuff them all back (i.e. a "ball" of tissue stuck at the opening of tissue box), we did not dare to use it.

Great hotel, great staff and very well maintained/modern bathrooms etc. Not directly in the Duomo area, but it is nice to stay a 15 min walk away. quick metro ride in or easy, flat 15 min walk to duomo. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience from our arrival to checkout. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and helpful. I ordered room service for breakfast which was presented beautifully and delicious. Perfect location in Milan, in walking distance to the city's center, great shopping and dining. One of the best hotels I have stayed at! I would defintely return next time I am in Milan. I can't wait to go back.

This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Naples close to all the major sites. Room was clean and very quaint and very clean. Service was excellent from the front desk to room service. Would recommend this location abx would return.

Beautiful hotel with so many charming touches. The staff were lovely so friendly and welcoming. Our room had a lovely welcoming package with an adorable bunny stuffy for our daughter and sweet treats. The front desk gave us excellent direction and advice on local attractions. The spa is a very nice perk, the cool salt water relaxing pool was so refreshing on the hot summer day lovely snacks and tea. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant but did enjoy the cocktails and ambiance bar with a lovely piano player. If I were to stay again I would ask for a room with a window are room was lovely, but on the top floor with only sky lights, I really would have loved one of the rooms with the large beautiful windows and a view. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Excellent!

The concierges were incredibly helpful with suggestions as to where to eat and giving directions by foot or by metro.

Our stay at Chateau Monfort was absolutely wonderful. We had a gorgeous, spacious room and an amazing oversized bathroom with a window — such a lovely touch. The Diptyque amenities, replenished daily, made the experience feel extra luxurious.
The spa is truly top class. Our massages were superb — I enjoyed a deeply relaxing hot stone massage, while my teenage daughter had a wonderful relaxation massage of her own. Afterwards, I spent time enjoying the different saunas and soaking in the pool, which made for the perfect spa experience.
The location is also excellent — about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo and many of Milan’s main tourist attractions, while still feeling pleasantly removed from the busiest crowds.
A beautiful and memorable stay in Milan that we would gladly return to.

Walter greeted us and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. The Hotel is gorgeous and our room was comfortable and a lovely size. We took advantage of the spa which was a perfect way to end our Italian vacation before a long day of travel. We also had room service and the service and food were on point.
