Had issues with hot water. Didn’t get hot water for two days.

Fácil acceso desde la estación de tren

stayed in room for 3 pax. with wife & daughter. this trip we have stayed in other similarly priced hotels in milan, florence and siena. comparatively, this was a poor experiance. tired rooms. window shutter that scrape when opening into view of rubbish bins. laminated flooring 'covering' 15cm hole in floor near bed. randomly-placed door stoppers nailed into floor creating fun tripping/stubbing experience. toilet smells perperually like dead animal. no 'hooks' to hang anything. staff seem as tired and disintered as the hotel itself. althoughy not unpleasant. included breakfast was sad. other than the convenient location (near train station), there is nothing to recommend. enjoy!

No step free access from street. Good breakfast (included in room rate) with coffee machines that make excellent hot chocolate. Blankets are bad because it’s thin and covered with a single sheet only on one side. The only lift the hotel has is tiny (only 3-4 people without luggage can squeeze in at a time). I’d stay again only for the convenience of central location (2’ walk to Termini and 5’ to Opera Theatre).

Not a really good experience for us. Room was not maintained well and had a strong smell.

Great location for walking to many of the sights and tour pick up areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is older but clean and quiet. Old school Europe feel. Don't expect American style hotel bed and furnishing but we had everything we needed. Ala cart breakfast price of 5 Euros was a deal and a nice option

Muy bueno el menú. Todo muy fresco

Long week end à l'occasion du marathon. Très bien décrivis au niveau des transports en commun, beaucoup de restaurant tout au tour de l'hôtel. Personnel agréable, ras sur le petit dej.

El peor hotel que me he quedado, el personal muy atentos y amables pero propiedad es puras fotos engañosas nada que ver con las fotos que muestran las camas son horribles y duras, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba la ducha estaba rota todo es súper viejo y necesita mantenimiento si buscas comodidad aquí no la vas a encontrar

Habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario, toallas limpias. La ubicación espectacular y el desayuno es realmente bueno, gran sabor, café muy rico y todo lo que te ofrecen es muy rico y fresco. El desayuno 100 de 10

Lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Beds were stiff and were barely cleaned, we could feel the dirt still on the sheets. The pillows on the double beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable, also the phone to contact the front desk wasn’t functioning. The food, surprisingly, was exactly the same every day, and worst of all, it was all mostly sugar, and what wasn’t was clearly stale, old food reused for probably weeks on end. There wasn’t much variety and wasn’t very friendly to people like diabetics. There was also a trash bag with evidently rotting shrimp for two days in a row in front of our room, the stench was horrid and there was no effort to clean it

A cama dura! Barulho a noite inteira! Dentro do hotel começaram a bater e fazer obras as 7h da manhã. Experiência péssima!

Room is ok, but lack of some racks for suitcases and storage. Very poor wifi, although i complained no improvement. Regular breakfast.

Le ragazze che lavorano lì sono meravigliose tutte la signora della colazione è un sole le ragazze servizio meraviglioso personale gentile sempre se vai a Roma questo albergo ti facilita tutto !!! Fanno tutto il possibile per che tu stia bene ci tornerò sempre da loro fantastici mai stata così bene

This place qas amazing, clean and the staff were really great and helpful. I recommend it and also because its in a great location for people visiting and wanting to ecplore Rome. Its super close to the train station too.
