Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy).

Clean rooms but a very dated hotel and a lot of worn out furniture, doors and even the taps. The rooms are not soundproof and there is no air conditioning in the winter months. The room gets very hot so I had to leave the windows open all night. About 25-28 minutes from the city and 10 mins from the Porta Nuova station I would stay here again if I didn’t have any other options in Verona. On the plus side breakfast is good and the staff named Precious is very welcoming and friendly!

ヨーロッパでは珍しくバスタブがあって、とても寛ぐ事が出来ました。 ベローナ中央駅からも歩いて10分位の場所だったので便利です。

Price was ok, but the hotel/room poorly maintained. In the room, the heating could not be regulated by the thermostat, the water pressure was not sufficient for the rain shower to work, and the wifi was fine in the lobby but not functional in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and fine.

Lovely hotel, near to train station. Staff courteous and polite especially Precious in the breakfast room who always asked how we were each morning. The buffet breakfast had all you could want and the food was delicious.

It is a big hotel, more a business/conference type I would say. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want. Not the prettiest of views but did the job for us as it was close to the station

Odalar aşırı derecede bakımsız ve eski, musluklar ve su giderleri çalışmıyor. Tüm bunların yanında tüm otel çalışanları son derece güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.

The hotel was nice, staff super lovely, very easy check in as an English speaker, the included breakfast was so delicious. About a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk to town/supermarket

It is easy to walk around

Excelente hotel em localização estratégica, a uma distância a pé da estação de trem e do centro histórico. Staff educado, exceto alguns do restaurante durante o jantar. Café da manhã é ok.

Colazione buona e varia, pulizia ottima, animali ammessi

Le petit déjeuner était parfait

Tudo otimo. Recomendo. Fica um km do centro historico por uma Avenida larga e bonita.
