Hotel maravilhoso e muito bem localizado. Camas confortáveis, equipe de colaboradores muito prestativa e atenciosa. Eu e minha esposa fomos muito bem recebidos. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar quando for a Florença.

We had the room cleaned everyday. The hotel and furniture are a little outdated. My complaint is on the exhaust. It just doesn’t work. The toilet gets fogged up after taking a shower. But we can live with that. The shower drain clogged up at the start of our stay. The toilet floor was flooded as a result. We told hotel staff about this and they addressed this asap. The room temperature was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is located in a central area. It is closed to Mercato Centrale and the duomo. It is also close to the Santa Maria Novella train station where you can travel via trams, train or buses. There is a tourist information at the Santa Maria Novella Church where you can get a map of the city.

Every morning, there were loud noises. The hotel was decent but a lot of noise and we didn’t sleep much.

Otel konum olarak merkezi bir yerde tren istasyonuna ve merkeze çok yakın ve tercih sebebimiz bu oldu. Odalar temizdi ve tarihi dokusu, ambiyansı çok güzeldi. Odanın ruhu vardı diyebilirim ve biz bunu çok beğendik. Resepsiyondaki görevliler güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık ve çok memnun kaldık. Teras tadilattaydı, burayı da görmek çok isterdik ama umarım bir sonraki sefere. Odalara kahve makinesi koyulabilir, bu güzel ambiyansta güne İtalyan espresso'suyla başlamak güzel olabilirdi :)

Room was nice, clean and cozy. Sink drained slowly due to hair being trapped in the sink drain. However, after checking out and receiving my car back from the recommended parking (S. Antonio Garage) by the front desk agent, our bag and gifts had been removed. i hope that you will look into better security for the guest that decide to stay at your property and using the recommended parking suggested by you staff.

El aire acondicinado no funcionaba, teniamos que abrir la ventana para que entrara un poco de aire frio, y cuando abria la ventana entraba mucho olor a cigarrillo y mucho ruido. Los alrededores en el hotel olian mucho a clorox

El personal muy agradable, excelente servicio.

The location was great and the staff was amazing. However, there was this odor that emanated from the bathroom or the staircase near our room that was very off putting and odious. They should not let anyone use that room til they address the issue
