The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is incredibly convenient to the Termini station.

Small room, clean--good bathrooms. Helpful staff. Perfect location direct across the street from Roma Termini. And right next door to a supermarket. The wifi consistently failed in Room 634, and was basically unusable for 5 days/4 nights (neither Apple nor Android devices worked.) They offered us a different room, which we declined. We will definitely return.

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated and looks nothing like the photos. The worst part, however, was the staff: they were dismissive, rude, and constantly practiced gaslighting. When the power went out on our floor, they repeatedly denied the issue even after we walked down 5 flights of stairs to report it. One employee even claimed he 'didn't work there' to avoid helping us. Additionally, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and the breakfast was poor quality. We felt disrespected and unheard throughout our entire stay. Avoid this place until they fix their management

Located near the station, but has double windows that block all but the loudest of sirens. We had two rooms that were the same class but had different space and bathroom layouts. The rooms arent visually beautiful, but are functional and we'll priced.
