蚊子很多，廁所潮濕

The hotel location is good if you want to find some free parking space. There are some mosquitoes in the room which surprises us especially during the Christmas time. If they can check the surface of the walls and clean them, the room will be looked nicer.

價位超值, 但距離Florence Centre Station 頗遠, 差不多要步行超過30分鐘才到達酒店, 因為酒店在市中心的另一邊, 近另一個火車站多D (搭巴士或駕車人士會比較好....) 房間頗大, 有露台, 乾淨舒服, 早餐豐富(有炒蛋/火腿/乳酪等...很多酒店包早餐都只得牛角包或餅干) wifi 比較弱如住高層, 低層會收得比較好...........好像大部份酒店都唔理高層既住客, 收唔到就幫唔到你....

More than I expected apartment was spacious comfortable bathroom excellent. I wish we had time to enjoy patio and hot tub Breakfast was best in Europe so far Staff was wonderful helped order delivery and everything we asked for

The rooftop 4 bed suite was amazing and had a view of Duomo sunset. The pistachio croissant for breakfast was delicious. Easy walk to city center and we preferred not staying in the super touristy area.

Very clean and the breakfast was great. Its a great place to stay if you're planning to use the Firenze Campo di Marte train station. We would stay there again. The late check in process was easy -late check in can be complicated at other hotels. They were kind enough to hold our bags the day we checked out. Its a lovely property.

Clean room, it had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was good and had variety. staff was super friendly and helpful. Place is within walking distance to all main tourist spots. And bus stops just right around the corner too. Would definitely come again.

We had such a memorable stay in Florence. Our top-floor room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views over the rooftops and the cathedral—it truly felt special waking up to that scenery. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. An amazing pizza place just around the corner that kids loved The room featured a jacuzzi, which we were really excited about. Unfortunately, we arrived quite late and didn’t realize it takes about 3 hours to fill, so we didn’t get the chance to use it—but that just gives us the perfect reason to come back! Overall, a beautiful stay in an incredible setting. Would absolutely return.

Ótimo hotel para hospedagens bem próximo ao centro histórico. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo, moderno e funcional. Tem um café da manhã bom e as moças da recepção são muito educadas e atenciosas. A região onde está o hotel é agradável e tem várias opções de restaurantes e comércio.

it was a super room. Big witha a Spa Bath. Super Stay really really nice breakfast. One could see the lady in charge liked her job and people. Reception also mega friendly.

Aamiainen on super. Sijainti auton kanssa ihan näppärä, vieressä maksullinen parkkialue. Jacuzzi keskellä huonetta oli vähän erikoinen ja käyttöohjeet siihen hyvin minimalistiset. Ei kovin montaa ravintolaa lähellä.

Ótimo hotel. Super agradável. O estacionamento não é no hotel. É proximo a ele. Não precisa usar carro para ir até a área turística. É bem perto. Nós fizemos tudo a pé. A equipe era muito simpática e o café da manhã muito bom.
