The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast.

入住當晚，酒店表示第二天早上將對房間升級，至第二天早上又說過一日升級，結果最後說不能升級。我訂四人套房，實際上只是在中間拉個簾子，另兩單人床放在另一面墻邊。並非真套房，且價格貴過訂兩間雙人房。我到櫃檯要求換兩間雙人房，櫃檯人員記下表示要經理批准然後一直再無下文。這樣的服務真是很差！且浴室設備陳舊，洗水盆有裂紋。

Everything was amazing here. The staff were kind and considerate, the breakfast was excellent and the location was prime!

Such an incredible experience at this hotel. The breakfast was great and plentiful, the hotel was historic with so much to see and do there. We had great interactions with every single employee - they even assisted in helping me with stolen items and a last minute cab transfer to Florence. 10/10 experience.

Loved my stay at this hotel. The property was clean and staff welcoming. It is a great location in close vincity to all the places I wanted to visit in Rome city center.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I had never been disappointed. Close to the train station and a short walk to all the sights.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom luxurious. The rainfall shower head was a delight. Comfortable bed and pillows, too. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was okay, would’ve preferred my coffee fresh not from a machine, but we had a beautiful view while we ate.

A nice hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size but the furniture was a little dated and our room had a couple of slightly wobbly tables, but nothing seriously wrong. A huge fully fitted bathroom with walk in shower, basin, bidet, wc and heated towel rail. Emergency pull cord in the shower. Attentive and very reactive staff. A minor water leak was attended and repaired within an hour and a request for more room coffee was delivered within minutes. The bar area was small and did not appear well used. A small gymnasium was available. The lifts are accessed via a small flight of stairs, but there is a single person wheelchair lift and a porter if required. Many nearby restaurants, shops and bars. Very short walk to the Repubblica Metro station and bus stops outside the hotel. Public transport is ridiculously cheap using tap-in. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and the best breakfast! Staff is friendly, check in and out is very smooth, there is often live music, and they have a gym! Our only complaints were the street noise, which could have been rectified if we requested a different room I am certain, as well as the lumpiness of the mattresses. We would definitely stay here again as its close to Roma Termini, and a short walk to all of the top tourists must sees. We left Rome for a few days and when we came back we rebooked here and were upgraded to a bigger room. Thank you!
