Nice staff , nice location , pleasant experience. Positano has stairs everywhere,please travel light.

Breakfast was a beautiful bowl of fruit, pastries, hard roll, coffee and fresh squeezed oj! Fantastic! It you want eggs and bacon you can also get this for a very reasonable price. Staff is top notch!! Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Would highly recommend and this is where we would come back to in the future.

A lovely place that is the perfect spot to stay at when in Positano!

Room was great, with a jacuzzi tub over looking the water. Staff at hotel and restaurant were all wonderful. A bit off the busier part of Positano but easy to get to which we prefer. We will definitely be back.

Phenomenal stay and service. The views from the rooms are jaw dropping. The hot tub was a spectacular, the staff were so friendly and accomodating, and the included breakfast was fantastic. Their restaurant was also absolutely terrific. Would absolutely stay here again on a future visit and highly recommend.

Beautiful property with nice restaurant and helpful staff. Our room had balcony with amazing and classic view of Positano.

The hotel was great. Our staff was 100% amazing and did so many little things for us. Honestly the best customer service I can remember. They booked drivers for us, recommended things, brought us water etc. The only issue with the hotel is probably the location from town. It is a long hike to and from. Especially from downtown as it is all uphill and I mean up hil. But our room had the patio and hot tub which I strongly recommend. The view is incredible.

The staff!!!… they were so helpful from start to finish. They told us how to get around, arranged our porter service, had breakfast in a to-go bag when we left on our tour, made great restaurant suggestions… delightful! Very clean too! And the chefs… wow… great breakfast!

Customer service is top notch. Our room had the most fantastic view, and so does the breakfast area of the hotel, which was free. Highly recommend, if you want the most of your Positano experience, this is the hotel to pick.

Amazing room, great breakfast, very helpful staff, solid location.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and breakfast was wonderful too. Even our cocktails were fabulous.

The hotel location is ideal, close enough to the town center, but also high on the hill to over great views - The front desk staff was AMAZING, so friendly and informative. Also, the restaurant was great - good food and great service. I definitely recommend getting breakfast included as it is a great start to the day and climbing all the steps!

First we were given 2 twin beds put together, couldn’t sleep all night. Elevator was not working and we had to go up and down the stairs. The balcony was useless couldn’t even sit there. Spent $1350/night and the room was like an attic. The attitude of the receptionist was so bad that she didn’t even have an ounce of compassion, she was so rude.

Cutest hotel and honestly a great location away from the hustle and bustle while still being convenient to walk to great restaurants, the beach, shops, etc just in a quieter area. The staff here were incredible!!! We love Giada and the other lady who welcomed us at reception (we didn’t get her name). Our server at breakfast every morning was so great too! My friend has a very severe nut allergy and he made her feel so safe about eating the complimentary breakfast there as he went and spoke with the chef to double check everything she ordered even if he already thought he knew the right answer. Our room ended up being more like a little villa with a separate entrance and seating area both inside and outside and it was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, cleaning service was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be back!
