Close to Central Station but far from tourist attractions

Great location next to the train station. Lovely helpful staff. Average breakfast and disappointed the hotel did not have a bar.

Convenient location being right opposite the train station. Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Also reasonably priced and no frills of a chain hotel. It was exactly what I was expecting from the descriptions and photos provided. Did not have breakfast, so cannot comment.

Our room was very nice and felt like it had recently been renovated. Great hotel for its location and for those who like a modern interior rather than the many rather older hotel options in Pisa

Great location. Modern hotel, clean and comfortable although somewhat expensive. Breakfast wasn't as good as we expected, strange offerings like carrots and green beans? Renovations are currently in operation and drilling started at 9am in the next room to us! So beware if you intend to stay to relax.

Staff was great. Location is conveniently across the street from main train station, with the good and the bad that implies. Being an NH property, I expected it to be better kept. Lots of broken tiles, chipped paint, oxidized pipes and pealed wall paper. Run down furniture. Not as clean as it should (although this may be a perception caused by the condition of the building, not by dirt). No parking solution whatsoever.

Good stay overall. Got a front view of central station from the room. Listening to the fountain water flow at night was quite relaxing. Good spot to stay in. Local eateries and transport services readily available. Do not expect iron to be delivered in your room in case you are! Friendly staff. Overall a good experience.

Ala persona de recepción parece que la despertamos al llegar (sobre las 21:30). Nos dieron una habitación para minusválidos. Les dijimos si nos la podían cambiar y al principio estaba todo ocupado pero ante nuestras quejas nos dieron otra antigua (de otro siglo), muebles estropeados, pero al menos el suelo estaba bien, no como la primera que tenía el suelo com muchísimo restos de humedad. Había un cartel que anunciaba obras y pedía disculpas. El caso es que antes de las 8 de la mañana estaban dando golpes pero a las 8:30 pararon y no siguieron. En fin un desastre solo espero que mejoren porque a peor no puede ir. Impensable en una cadena como NH. Ya había visto que estaba mal valorado y realmente se confirma

Everything about the hotel was tip top apart from one thing. Before arrival, we weren't warned about renovation work being carried out, not even by email. We were informed of this on arrival. We stayed two night's, and after the first night, the works started happening at SEVEN AM. We chose to give the hotel staff the benefit of doubt. After the second night (when we were due to check out) I complained to a member of staff at the concierge who insisted on gas lighting me and states the contrary until her colleague arrived to confirm that I was right. I wish I took her name to complain to NH hotel for the ridicule. Her colleague and her struggled to find a way to remedy our dissatisfaction, I suggested cancelling the tourist tax, i.e. they pay for it which they wouldn't. We were offered free parking but we didn't drive for this particular holiday. All we got was complimentary mini bar usage, so we raided it on check out. It was a slight compensation for the initial discomfort in a broken sleep. Would I stay again: yes, the buffet was fantastic and location for the hotel were phenomenal. My wife and I were not impressed by the initial way we were dealt with by the rude lady in reception (who I can't report to NH). 7/10
