What a great location! In front of the main train terminal (Pisa Centrale). The room was cool. It had a top floor with the rooms and at the bottom the living room (connected with spiral staircase). The staff was very professional. This is a great place to stay whether you are arriving or leaving by train

So glad we were able to move to this hotel for easy access to train station. Only issue was air conditioning did not work in our room. We were given a fan which was helpful

We had a one night stay and it was brilliant. Perfect location as opposite the train station and not far to walk to the Leaning Tower. Big bed and very comfortable.

The benefit of this hotel is its location directly opposite the railway station in Pisa, and it is a couple of kilometres walk away from main attractions like Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Cathedral and associated grounds. Staff were very friendly and helpfully looked after my luggage, while I explored the city as I arrived in Pisa early from Florence and my room wasn’t ready. That being said I found the hotel room quite dated and dilapidated, and the price of a single room was more expensive than what I’d paid for other higher quality hotels for my stay whilst visiting Italy.

Hotel was just ok. Not much hot choice at breakfast at all. Justk tiny amounts of eggs and bacon that was sometimes not there. All the rest of the breakfast was cakes and croissants etc.. Coffee machine was broken one day. Staff on front desk were just ok. Bathroom was really badly designed and cramped. The shower door was awful and water leaked everywhere on the floor. Also if you want to use the small shower the overhead shower constantly leaked freezing cold water on your head. The bedroom itself was quite nice and well laid out with safe and good size wardrobe and fridge. View from window was terrible, rooftops and dustbins. The area wasn't very nice but it's convenient for train station. Hotel was very clean, that's the only plus. I wouldn't stay here again.

We booked two twin size beds in a room for two rooms. They said they don’t have it. And only give us a queen size bed for each room. Didn’t explain to us and don’t even look at us. Sounds like take it or leave it.

After reading some reviews, I was nervous about the choice I’d made booking at this hotel. But, we needed somewhere close to the station/airport side of Pisa where we could still walk to the tower easy enough and, choices were limited. I need not have worried, the interconnecting family room we had was perfect for us for our one night stay. The beds are very comfortable, the room was clean & nicely furnished and the hotel itself is in a perfect location for Pisa Centrale, or a very easy 20 minute walk to the airport (which is what we ended up doing). The staff were very friendly & helpful, special mention to Laura on reception who was so kind and went the extra mile to help us check-in much earlier than we expected to be able to.

We stayed just one night there, the hotel is just outside the train station so it’s very handy if you have luggage with you. From the hotel you can easily walk to the Pisa tower in 25 minutes. Room was clean and with all you need for a good night sleep
