因為班機時間，在晚上11:30才抵達飯店，飯店門已經關起來，不容易找到。Check in需要透過對講機，第一次通話的時候，我們提供了訂房編號跟全名，服務人員找不到我們的資料於是就掛斷了，這讓我們感到非常的不舒服，我講出所有我訂房有關的資料，而對方找不到資料連一句話都沒說就掛斷了。我們已經提前透過飯店提供的系統輸入check in基本資料，在第二次通話的時候才發現，在飯店的資料上，我的surname變成了last name，女性變成男性，我確認過我在系統上輸入的資料無誤，或許因為這樣子的錯誤，使得服務人員找不到我的資料，讓我們在門外站了20分鐘後才進房。房間是樓中樓，床在樓上，雖然是開放空間，但是空調的風完全吹不到樓上，所以樓上非常的悶熱。這家飯店非常推薦給注重隱私的客人，從入住到退房，遇不太到人，早餐也是在房間裡面享用。

Where do I begin about this terrible experience in a very poor located hotel! To begin with for anybody who’s looking to book this hotel, there is no air conditioner in the bedroom, so be ready to sweat all night with zero ability to get air. The bed you will be sleeping on is equivalent of a bed for a five-year-old girl that’s on spring mattress that’s laying on a chain-link fence. Save your money, and if you want to stay somewhere, that is truly clean, truly pleasant, Il Leon D ORO. Will be your best option! It is so bad, so uncomfortable and so unaccommodating that even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn’t take it I hope to save lots of people time, money and FRUSTRATION as you sweat a room that will be 90 degrees STAY AWAY!!!! Run

The Palazzo is extremely conveniently located. The rooms are spacious, and curious in a typical European way (lofted bed, bathroom was up a few stairs). The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was short, but memorable.

Overall great place to stay, location was awesome, staff very helpful & friendly, breakfast was fresh and delicious every day

Excelente experiência! Hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã delicioso e variado, além de uma equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. Estacionamento público próximo ao hotel, muitas opções boas para comer perto. Com certeza voltaríamos!

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and quite large (got family room). We were a bit hot night as the ac didn’t appear to work or work well. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, etc in walking distance and the area was safe. I would personally skip dinner at the hotel restaurant (which I don’t think was really part of the hotel). The ambiance was good and the staff friendly. However, the food was not very good, very small portions and took forever to arrive. We did not complain, finished our meal, paid the bill, and went to get pizza afterwards which was awesome.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Bari et profiter de l'atmosphère de la vieille vile. Gestion de l'arrivée à prévoir en raison des limitations horaire de circulation dans le cœur historique de la ville. Belle restoration de l'édifice. Excellent accueil et service (Francesca)!

Room was lovely and very clean, beds were a little hard and pillows were as flat as pancakes!! Bathroom was lovely however shower was very small. Toiletries were very nicely scented. Check in was confusing due to isolated location and language barrier instructions. Air conditioning was not yet available due to the season and it was difficult to understand instructions on how the fan worked for air circulation. Breakfast was very good, the waitress there was very friendly and helpful. Overall lovely property I would return to.

Our stay at Palazzo Calo was perfect, from the front desk (especially Cristina) to the breakfast to the cleanliness of our room. It made our stay in Bari very pleasant.

We stayed at several hotels throughout Puglia and this was the most disappointing. The staff was rarely available to answer any questions (no one at the front desk most of the time). The room and common stairwell weren’t kept very clean. Breakfast was very limited also. We wouldn’t stay there again

Era bellissima!

Localizado no centro histórico de Bari, possui quartos amplos, com boa limpeza e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com poucas opções, que não são repostas.

Location is the only thing this property has going for it. Unkempt, bare and dated furnishings. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. A/C did not cool room. Fortunately, I only spent one night, think twice before choosing.

Great location ! Nice size room. They had a happy hour Prosecco . We enjoyed our stay

The room was very cool, with the stone walls and the loft where the bed was. We had to leave early the next morning for a flight and the front desk attendance offered to bring us yogurt and muffins the night before so that we could eat before we go. Very nice!
