Breakfast is good and really clean

Room is decent-spaced, considering it's located in central Milan. Clean and convenient. Service staff is very nice and helpful.

The room on ground floor wasn't really clean but the location is good for a short stay.

房間環境可以，可惜隔音就差，對面開關門時都清楚聽到 酒店地點非常方便，中央車站步行5分鐘內到達，附近食店非常多。

離車站很近，櫃檯也很親切。 但房間內有些設備皆已經生鏽或壞掉沒有修理，且房間空間偏小。

地點方便，近中央車站 價錢約$1100-$1200，尚算合理 整體環境乾淨，唯獨洗手盆較細，不太方便

Clean and simple

靠近火车站，交通便利。但是近马路边吵，房间没有茶杯和水壶

No air-conditioning, temperature goes up to 28 °C and can't stop sweating even in February, and ventilation not functioning properly, almost suffocate and faint in the room. And all the staff said was "there's nothing we can do".

Very convenient

Muito perto da estação Milano Centrale. A localização é muito boa para quem vai se deslocar de trem, inclusive para o aeroporto de trem. Quarto limpo. Bom café da manhã.

Very basic, but it got the job done for a quick overnight at the train station. The decor is a sort of faux Battlestar Gallactica, but nice to have some flair. Rooms small but well appointed. BUT -- a few caveats that will keep me from returning: - No coffee in room or out. Really? It's a small an inexpensive courtesy to have a carafe in the lobby in the morning. (Moreover: 20 Euros per person for an apparently-mediocre breakfast is absurd. Just get an excellent cornetto and espresso next door.) - Sewage smell from the bathroom drains, even on the third floor. (It's clear the bathrooms are clean, and we had no trouble with drainage. Some sort of structural plumbing issue seems to blame.) We slept with the bathroom door closed and towels over the drain to minimize the smell, but even then... yikes. - hardest, slimmest pillow ever, and no extras. All four of us woke up with stiff necks. - AC works, but barely. It was 70F outside during the day and still hot overnight even with AC+fan on high. Just... stuffy. The drains didn't help.

Spice hotel was super stylish, comfortable & had a great breakfast. We'd booked a wheelchair accessible room but this turned out to be inaccessible due to the narrow corridor leading to it but the staff were really helpful, seeing if we could get into the room next door (we couldn't) and then moving us to a larger room which came directly off of the lobby - unfortunately with no accessible bathroom but we made it work. The hotel was also very close to Milano Centrale Station which made it excellent for trains/ metro travel - although everyone told us to avoid the station at night. On the whole a brilliant place to stay. Nb - if you need a wheelchair ramp the staff have to put it outside every time you want to go in and out.

Positiv: Lage direkt am Bahnhof und Sauberkeit. Ich war alleine und habe mich sicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Vielleicht ist die Info für einige relevant: es gibt keine „do not disturb“ Karte, man kann, während man im Zimmer ist, durch einen Button, erkenntlich machen, dass man nicht gestört werden will, aber sobald man das Zimmer verlässt, erlischt dieses Zeichen. Allerdings denke ich, dass man das an der Rezeption lösen könnte. Für mich war es nicht so dramatisch, obwohl ich es auch besser finde, wenn niemand das Zimmer betritt. Es liegt ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch bereit, eine feste Handseife, eine Duschkappe und sowas wie Duschgel, was man auch für die Haare nutzen kann? Kein Conditioner. Negativ: mir war nachts sehr sehr kalt, Klimaanlage läuft anscheinend zentral, es liegen keine extra Decken bereit (ich habe aber auch nicht danach gefragt, hätte bestimmt eine bekommen) und in meinem Zimmer gab es Insekten. Zum einen sehr viele Ameisen und am ersten Abend habe ich einen Silberfisch entdeckt, der in der Duschkabine herumkrabbelte. Außerdem ist es unglaublich laut, also das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Ich habe von meinen Zimmernachbarn alles mitbekommen, Toilettengänge, Duschen usw. Ob die anderen Zimmer so sind, weiß ich nicht, aber die Doppelzimmer in der Eingangsebene würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Eu gostei muito da localização, acesso aos transportes mais importantes da cidade. O recepcionista me ajudou bastante, mesmo eu não tendo fluência em italiano e inglês…. Com um pouco de boa vontade , conseguimos nos comunicar bem . O café da manhã é gostoso. O que não agradou , foi encontrar um pelo na toalha de banho , que havia sido trocada

Lovely clean room & staff were very helpful & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that there was a horrible drain/sewer smell in the bathroom of room 104 - not sure if this was coming from the toilet or the shower - didn’t complain to reception as I was hardly ever in the room but not a nice smell! Rooms were cleaned every day & clean towels & new shower gel provided daily.

Excellent location near station, metro and restaurants. Silent room.
