There was no food available at 5:00. The restaurant had dinner at 7:30. There were snacks available but not dinner

The room was okay. It did it's job. Bathroom was nice size and clean. The amenities were not there whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights, the bar was open only once. The hotel does not have a restraunt and you could go to one of the other restraunts along the beach, except none of those were open either. Needless to say, breakfast was about all you would get. The thermo pool staff were rude. Never were we told in communications you would need a shower/pool cap. So she copped an attitude when we told her why would we be providing our own cap when we didnt even know we needed one. There was a large pool and 2 narrow pools. We were only given access to the large pool which was lukewarm at best. Turns out that was not the thermal pool, the narrow pools were the thermostat. So we didnt even get to enjoy the "hot spring" pool. You couldn't use the beach loungers without paying extra for them. This is not how the property is advertised one bit. The experience would have been absolutely horrible if it weren't for the front desk ladies, who were absolutely fantastic.

Accommodating and friendly staff. They spoke English, which was also super helpful. Overall perfect experience before we boarded our cruise ship.

The highlight of this hotel was the front desk staff - so helpful and kind to help with our cruise transportation.

A relaxing weekend after 2 weeks of travel in Italy, our second stay. We so enjoy the beach walkout rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Front desk was so helpful. She arranged vans to get us to our cruise. Also ordered delivery pizzas for us. No language gap here!

I would not recommend staying at this property at all it’s a catfish from the pictures online the staff was not helpful at all ! Everything closes early so make sure you eat and cabs are very pricey

This was an amazing experience. Resort is above and beyond what I expected. Local restaurant (Kuta) best I have ever experienced in 60 years. Rooms clean and comfortable. All in all a top lust trip

The room was clean and staff was amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Spouse has special needs and they are very accommodating. Stayed in a beach front room that was great walking out to the sea. Was able to spend 45 min in Terma Pool plus had a massage. Great time. Definitely return if cruise from Ravenna again.

The Terme beach resort was a wonderful peaceful place to stay before a hectic vacation through Greece and Turkey. The spa was amazing and very well priced.
