位置極佳，距離東銀座站走路只要2分鐘，來往機場相當方便。房間不大但也夠用，雙人房可以打開29吋行李，喜歡淋浴跟馬桶分開的設計。大廳有提供茶水和簡易的免費早餐，櫃檯服務人員親切有禮，提供了不少協助！非常推薦😊

The hotel is new and the condition is good, especially I am impressed by the interior design of the hotel room. Even the room size is not big (just 15-16 sqm for superior king room), you won't feel too packed (could open two big suitcases) and the amenities are well equipped. Staff are nice and friendly, reception area is spacious. Very convenient location, just 2-mins walk from the nearest metro station (Higashi-Ginza) and is accessible to 3 stations within walking distance. Recommended and will consider to stay here again! One drawback is that you can't control the air-con inside the room, staff explained that only heat mode is provided for the whole building and we could open the window inside the room for better ventilation. (Note: my booking was in Dec)

The hotel is new and clean. The room area is well designed and use - comparably spacious given the small area. Like the tea and light breakfast provided in the lobby.

2021年3月開幕的新飯店，這次預定的是15平方米的房型、所以入住前就有房間不大的心理準備了、飯店人員都很親切、附近就有Lawson跟family mart, 巷口就是東銀座地鐵站, 前往羽田機場地鐵只需24分鐘，很方便

We stayed at Agora Tokyo Ginza and had mixed feelings about our experience. The biggest highlight was the staff. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. They were easily the best part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms were not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had carpeting that was heavily stained, which immediately made the room feel unclean. We brought this to the hotel's attention, and the staff kindly showed us several other rooms, but they all had the same issue. This was clearly not the staff's fault, but rather a maintenance and design problem. In my opinion, carpeting in a bathroom is simply not a good choice. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Ginza and the rest of Tokyo. However, the rooms felt dated, poorly maintained, and much smaller than expected. We booked a Superior Twin room and were disappointed by both the size and overall condition. With cleaner, better-maintained rooms, this hotel could be a great option thanks to its location and outstanding staff. As it stands, I don't feel the room quality reflects a 4-star rating.

Agora was a really nice hotel. The place is clean, modern and nice amenities. The staff from beginning to end were extremely friendly. The room was small, but the bed was nice a big for my 6'5 self. The hotel location is near everything, I'm just sad I didn't explore the area more.

I had a wonderful time and I’ll definitely be back again.

My favourite hotel in my two-week Japan trip! I rebooked for the end of my trip too. I just wish they had laundry and a gym. Otherwise, perfect location, great staff, endless coffee and lovely water in lobby, nice lounge in lobby. Clean room, ample space for my solo travels

Prima ligging, vlakbij meerdere stations. Top hotel met een mooie Executive Twin room met net wat meer ruimte en voorzieningen!
