Mid to End of April is no longer the hot season for Hakuba, most of restaurents suronding is closed. Not very convenience if you have no car.

房間很整潔，前台可以英文溝通，門口就有雪場巴士，有提供儲物櫃儲放雪具！ 步行10分鐘就可到主街晚膳！ 唯一不方便是每晚需自行整理床鋪 futons. 另外酒店內沒有小商店和食物販賣機！

Very nice, clean, and newly renovated room. Food were nice, and staffs were polite.

在白馬村地區，可能是最佳酒店。 外表看似簡單，但內裡佈置及設備足夠，非常舒適。 泊車非常方便，還可以借用行李車，不用太費力！

房間舒適，溫泉稍細，室外沒景觀。早餐不俗咖啡很好。只係位置稍入，合適自駕遊。

前一年， 大堂有熱朱古力提供，今年轉 左 咖啡，小朋友有點失望。

Great hotel, good foods and location is close to the main street where you can find a lot of restaurants.

I love Laforet club hotel! The staff are very helpful even though they speak limited English. The service is 100% good! Dinner is very delicious but breakfast is just okay. The most impressive part of the hotel is they called the rainbow ski equipment store drive us to borrow the equipments and aend to the hotel. After skiing, we return those equipment in the hotel . We do not need to walk a long way to return.

Everything was acceptable. The bathroom is rather small and if you don’t like a modular bathroom then this will not be your choice.

Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles.

Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly.
