住宿房間有浴室、共用的有洗衣機和乾衣機，收費便宜；地面設有大水壺可供大家外帶飲用，這在炎夏真的很有用。

The advantage is its proximity to Ueno Station.
Another advantage is that the room itself is quite clean.
But, the downside is that there is no staff permanently at the front desk, making it difficult to get assistance or communicate. In particular, there is no staff at all between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
For example, on the day of check-out, you can't even enter the building to retrieve your belongings during that time, which is very very inconvenient.

I'm really disappointed. The whole building is old, and not suitable for living. The staff is incredibly rude, and kicked us as soon as the leaving hour was near. It was pouring with rain, so we decided to call a taxi, and they yelled at us to leave the entrance and the surroundings.
