I ordered a room with one double bed and the hotel confirmed it prior to the arrival. When I arrived at the hotel late at night I figured out that they put two twin beds and connected them together. Part of the staff is very rude and not friendly at all. There was an issue with the AC that the hotel just could not solve for long time. One morning the cleaning staff decided by themselves to clean our room though we did not ask for it. We had to wait too long to come back inside the room after the breakfast. Too many problems without quick and effective response.

This is a very good location - convenient for moving around as well as amenities like photo copying and eating. The bed is comfortable, the bathrooms modern. Very good price.

Once you check in, the staff do not escort you to the room. Second floor was a maze finding the suit I stayed in. The moment I walked in, I realized the AC was too loud,Called the front desk and asked to change however they said the technician would come in an hour and never did. Shower was Luke warm and not really getting hot. The venue needs maintenance and renovation. Dinned at the terrace on 5th floor, service was ok until food and drinks arrived and the waiter disappeared. No music and not much was happening up there. Being a repeat guest at the property and having stayed at the standard room, that side of the property is way better than the old suit.Also having stayed at the other one in south c, unfortunately I’ll be choosing elsewhere next time. There’s a lot of room for improvement.

There is Mpesa nearby and K1 club which is like a 7mins walk. The lights in the room didn’t all work, the step to the bathroom is broken, it floods when taking a shower and the bathroom corners have clearly not been scrubbed in ages. The rooftop bar is not a hype as people say, no music playing hence it’s not busy at all. I don’t think I would book again. It’s a 2 star hotel

Helpful, friendly staff and the place near everything you need in your travels.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only a 2 night stay but would highly recommend a stay here if you're in Nairobi. And a big thanks for letting us leave our bags in the hotel for a few hours before leaving to the airport.

Good service, good restaurant, has a gym, good location, safe, and friendly. The only issue that I had was that door key stopped working once time during my stay.

Don't waste your time or money! Pictures do not represent what the actual place looks like. We checked into a run down room, linen on bed had some stains, the room needed better cleaning, it had wall stains from years of not being cleaned properly. Office chair was stained and very nasty. Tiles were missing by the sink, cabinetry knobs were very rusty. Sliding doors were missing a handle (to open, one must pull with finger through a hole). The door slider to the bathroom had not been cleaned out in a while and dirt had collected. The room telephone was missing cal out buttons. When we complained about the room, the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating, she truly tried her best to get our room changed, however, though not her fault, each room either had cockroaches crawling on the floor or the room was not clean.
