The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only a 2 night stay but would highly recommend a stay here if you're in Nairobi. And a big thanks for letting us leave our bags in the hotel for a few hours before leaving to the airport.

Don't waste your time or money! Pictures do not represent what the actual place looks like. We checked into a run down room, linen on bed had some stains, the room needed better cleaning, it had wall stains from years of not being cleaned properly. Office chair was stained and very nasty. Tiles were missing by the sink, cabinetry knobs were very rusty. Sliding doors were missing a handle (to open, one must pull with finger through a hole). The door slider to the bathroom had not been cleaned out in a while and dirt had collected. The room telephone was missing cal out buttons. When we complained about the room, the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating, she truly tried her best to get our room changed, however, though not her fault, each room either had cockroaches crawling on the floor or the room was not clean. It has everything I was looking for. It is not a 5 star. I stayed 3 times within 2 week period so I must say it is acceptable to me. I had 3 separate rooms. Staffs are very polite and caring. They came to replace my converter and my safe. Overall. Uber can tale you every where from this hotel.
