Good 4 stars resort, it has everything you need. I had a standard room, it’s very spacious and the bathroom is too. The staff was very nice, a special mention to the security guard on the beach (I am a solo traveler and he made sure I was ok the whole time) A couple of observations / areas of improvement: - WiFi in my room was very poor (basically non existent) - The beach is kept clean but the sea is not nice (at least when I was there, last week of May) - The resort is also a Veraclub, so you would be surrounded by Italians, who have bought an all inclusive package (if you have experienced it before, you know what I mean ;) )

Breakfast was good, but what was the most amazing is the customer service and the hospitality from ALL the staff there.

A beautiful hotel with great facilities, staff are highly professional and attentive without being intrusive, great value at twice the price!

Hotel moderne, propre. Bungalow avec vue et acces direct à la plage. Jardins extraordinaires, très bien entretenus. Plage impraticable, eau sale, rejets marrons. Séjour juste avant 2 mois de fermeture. Depart le 15 janvier, fermeture le 16. Taux d’occupation très faible. Les buffets s’en sont ressentis. Peu de choix, viandes dures... difficile de se plaindre quand on voit la pauvreté extrême du pays. Le service excursion a été formidable avec nous et nous a organisé une sortie privée du fait du manque de clients. Manque de communication quant aux animations. Personnel avenant, voulant toujours nous faire plaisir, en particulier Rachid au bar.

L’hôtel est de qualité et les chambres propres et spacieuses Le personnel est au petit soin ainsi que les animateurs Seul la partie restauration ne me semble pas au niveau des prestations de l’établissement

Nous avons passé deux nuits la semaine début janvier c’était calme c’est ce que nous recherchions. Nous n’avions pas compris que c’était un club de vacances qui attire les italiens. Le personnel est très gentil mais à l’accueil et au snack c’est d’une lenteur déconcertante, une heure pour le check-in, 30 mn pour deux boules de glace, idem pour un apéro, il faudrait que le personnel se professionnalise

Very nice property

Top notch food, customer service, facilities, and atmosphere. The food is delicious and rotates every meal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. I highly recommend the excursion to Nose Iranja, not only will you see a beautiful beach but you’ll also get a fantastic seafood lunch arranged by the hotel. Fabrice saved us as we were struggling to communicate with the staff in French. He checked on us regularly and helped us with special arrangements that we needed. The hotel offers several entertainment activities including aquatics, dancing, and fire show at night. Highly recommend this place especially for families.

Endroit très propre et pratique. Les soirées sont toujours animées... Personnel très serviable et disponible.

The staff at Palm Beach provide exceptional service with kindness and welcoming culture. The rooms are very clean, and they even prepared flowers and swan towels to welcome us. The view is great from the room, and there is plenty of space in the hotel to chill and relax. If you want to explore the island, there is also excursion available. It is on the more expensive side, but we even brought a chef to cook on the excursion for us with abundant delicious food, so we are very satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Palm beach Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à l’accueil, la gentillesse et l’écoute de l’ensemble du personnel. Des remerciements appuyés en particulier au directeur Marcello par sa bienveillance et Idrisse du restaurant qui a été particulièrement attentionné.
