At first I was very satisfied with the hotel the overall staying experience and the room condition, apart from the location is not so city center. The 2nd day I found some tiny small insects moving along the sink area, and also on the towel near the sink, this affected the overall impression. I think the insects were attracted by humidity and water near the sink.

很近時代廣場，所以食飯和購物好方便，而酒店地下那層也有咖啡店。但去酒店的交通比較混亂，第一次來吉隆坡可能直接叫車比較好。自助早餐的選擇不算多，但味道很好。

The hotel is as good as expected

The employees are all very amiable, especially the young girl who greeted us at the counter when we checked in, she was very patient. The room was very neat and clean, and the view was great. But what surprised me even more was the variety of fruits, snaks, drinks that all came with the room and that’s not the end of it, they even have a capsule coffee machine in the room. I will definitely come back if I have the chance ! BTW, there is a Starbucks in their hotel too.

間房比相片想像中大， 而且包早餐，個經理服務好體貼細心， 你想要杯茶，佢特登取一合茶包畀你揀， 有六款味，我揀咗我太太最鍾意嘅菊花味， 讓我老婆感覺我好體貼， 真係多謝個經理， 鄰近食肆 坐cerb周圍去都係20蚊內

我們抵達時間很晚，但還是受到很好的款待 作為抵達第一晚的住宿很棒，享用了早餐，孩子也用了游泳池。 附近的點也都是步行距離 如果還有機會的話，我們很樂意再次入住。

Good quality hotel at exceptional prices. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle free. The neighborhood has many top-quality restaurants and hawker stalls.

地點位置方便，房間舒適乾淨

非常方便酒店，吃的也方便。從KLSetral轉乘Monorail.IMBI站下車，再經由Time square去酒店。酒店對面有印度餐(Ali food corner). 唯一酒店不足地方，是房內厕所没抽氣。如果是大便必需關門及蓋上厕板。 酒店早餐非常豐富。。 去亞羅街步行也是10分鐘。可用GRAB 值得推薦，下次會再

員工有禮貌, 有笑容, 自助式早餐很好 房間清潔, 舒適 位置相當好, 交通方便, 附近有很多可供選擇的美食, 有機會一定再入住.

地點優越 附近大排檔食物便宜又好吃 又類近時代廣場 服務員很有禮 熱水無限供應 Wifi速度好 只是床有點軟 泳池比較小有點擠

整體乾淨舒適房間佈置溫馨，泳池大廳等等設備很棒 只是酒吧跟泳池太早關了！感覺可以12點一點再關

因為該酒店訂房系統未能成功載入個人訂房資料，在登記入住時未能及時發現問題並且高效處理，直至意識到自身訂房系統未載入從而才發現疏失。第一線人員的態度與服務專業仍須在問題解決層面上進步，效率、使用者友善會更加分。其他服務人員表現友善。

附近美食多，步行可至

員工親切有禮，酒店房間寬倘整潔。對自助旅行者提供不少方便，如景點、交通、鄰近生活設施和地道食市介紹。酒店鄰近大型購物中心（步行前往也是十分鐘左右）、地道食市和便利商店。而且有專車前往景點。

乾淨舒適，床比較軟身; 附近多不同種類的餐廳，便宜& 好吃; 出入用grab，所以唔近鐵路無問題; 泳池及gym room 景十分好！

在吉隆坡算是不錯的飯店，房間寬敞舒適，冷氣也夠涼，床很好睡，距離中央車站約10分鐘車程，走路10分鐘可以到阿羅街夜市，鄰近時代廣場，樓上泳池雖然不是無邊際，但是整體上也是很不錯的！是一間不錯的飯店！

位置方便，附近早餐店便宜又好吃，近亞羅街、時代廣場和樂天廣場，非常方便。房間大致整潔，但床單有血跡，厠所板也沒有擦乾淨。
