Great location, surrounded by lots of food stalls including the famous roast pork, Wong Mei Kee. Near to TRX Exchange Mall, Furama Plaza, and Lolly Port. Free daily mini bar, love it. Clean room and nice view from hotel.

I travel to KL many times using different hotel to stay and Mercure KL Shaw Parade is one of the best. I stayed for 3 night and I like the variety of breakfast menu. The room space it self is adequate, but clean and they clean up the room every day. The reception very friendly, and they always try to help you. Close to the hotel there is a restaurant Ah Koong, they serve meat ball, noodle, laksa, etc. It;s cheap and delicious. Mini stores are everywhere. Talking about location, it's quite central. Close to Night food street Jalan Alor / Bukit Bintang and also close to Pavillion Shopping Center. It's about RM.5-10 using Grab Taxi.

The staff were very helpful and so nice taking care of my needs. Especially travel section in the hotel always tried to find Grab Car for me. Thank you and keep up the good work. Will be coming back and recommend to others.

Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty. Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing. Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault).

One of the top-notch hotels in the area and it's a good value for money. Pros: Very close to all main attractions and malls. Transportation is easy from and to the hotel Staff are super friendly and helpful Pool is great and has a great view Wide variety of malaysian and asian dishes for breakfast ( they always add something new) Super clean and comfortable rooms Cons: For non-asian customers, the breakfast selection is limited
