Deluxe with bathtub, Stylist exterior, interior needs improvement
The big plus is the hotel have many connecting rooms. They really gave us connecting room guarantee when we requested, unlike other hotels which says "requests are subjected to room availability at the point of check in".
Booked 2 rooms. Exterior 4.5*, was going to give 5* review on tripadvisor. However, rooms disappointment. Hotel gives a very stingy impression. Such as Parking not complementary, room card is just plain white (no design), notepad in room was smaller than my mobile phone size, Pen quality was bad (ink flow not smooth), encourage guest to reuse the same towel throughout their stay, centralized aircon system (need wait 20min to have aircon), in-house dining menu in black white. Request 1220pm check out, staff says 12pm, finally negotiate to 1215pm. For hotel guest, breakfast is 35myr nett each person. For hotel guest, you can enjoy discount if you dine in at their restoran at level 8.
Below are my observations from staying at the hotel :
Note: For queen bed room the sofa is longer. For 2twin bed room the sofa is smaller.

-Channels limited. No CNA or HBO or carton network. Only Fox movie, natgeo, local channels.
-Air-con is centralized, need wait 20min to cool
-No remote control for air-con
-Room 1008 connecting room was faulty. Have to call technician to fix 15 minutes.
-If you stay in connecting room, you dint lock your door, the other party can push to open your door
-hotel room card one is printed with hotel name, one is just plain. Looks low class, should have standardized the card design.
-No door stopper
-Opening door no rubber magnet behind
-Pen quality lousy - ink flow not smooth
-No tissue box in living room (only bathroom)
+sensor light on the mirror (very interesting)
+bidet. But pressure was low.

+have toothpaste and toothbrush
+3 towels. Body. Face.
+sufficient area to place shower items
-no shower curtain (after using handheld shower, floor very wet, dangerous)
-Bath set (shampoo, shower) only one. Should give two
-Room 1009 bathtub water temperature was super bad. Tilt abit from the blue color side, the water is already super warm. If u tilt almost reach the mid,the temp is about ready to cook an egg.

-Have to walk one round from hotel entrance to lift
-Room 1003 no bathtub, both staff says system mentioned there is bathtub. Seems their system updated wrongly.
+7min walk to Times Square. Better to grab at 4myr. Walk on the street is dangerous. Local friends said you can walk halfway, people riding on motorbike could just snatch your bag or mobile phone away.
+7min walk to Imbi monorail station
Grab to KL Sentral is 7myr, to Mid valley is 9myr, to Lot 10 Pavilion is 7myr
+Grab to airport for 86myr, took us 40minutes . Else take cab to kl Sentral, then take aerobus 12myr each person to airport at 12myr each.
+Gym with few machines
+Small rooftop swimming pool
My personal review:
Hotel Ground (Lobby, reception): 7.75 (when walking towards hotel staff to go to the lift, would be good if the staff can give a smile if they are not doing anything, but that was bonus though)
Staff (Knowledge, helpful, friendly): 7.5
Room (Design layout, amenities, bed): 7.45
Bathroom (Water pressure, design): 8.0 (liked the design, water way too hot)
Location (Surroundings, mall): 6.75
Price vs Quality: 6.0
Bonus: -5 (1st room no bathtub, 2nd room connecting door faulty, bathroom water can boil an egg)
Service Recovery: 8.5 (Email hotel, they promised a better experience the next stay)
