整體而言是很好的，中上，服務，早餐，晚餐等，但硬件方面就比較差，傢俬床架都很陳舊了，應該是時候更換。

渡假村的環境規劃很不錯，我們當日沒特別計畫時，會帶著手機在渡假村內各角落閒晃拍照，或是玩附設的水上設施，然後慵懶地躺在沙灘躺椅上。 服務員都很熱情且親切，當我們提出需求時能很快被滿足，甚至我們因班機時間的關係提早到達，也協助我們盡快入住，並由會說中文的人員為我們介紹環境。 渡假村有自己的專屬app，上面會列出最近將要舉辦的活動，成人或小孩都有，不用擔心在渡假村會無聊。 早餐是buffet形式，選擇很多也都很好吃，但缺點是有時候蜜蜂會在身邊飛，有時會看到鳥站在沒蓋著布的麵包上。午餐的餐廳我們吃過4間都很推薦，但也都不便宜。

传奇丽世非常非常好，价格便宜，沙滩美！早餐吃的也不错，只是没有变化而已，服务人员超热情！酒店很大，也很安静，以至于我后来去住琥珀村的时候觉得那简直就是集市的feel~船坞的工作人员也非常非常热情，尤其是去浮潜那天开船的大叔，特别特别耐心的教我！好感动~~~~~~~~不要犹豫！！！一定要去住传奇丽世！！！我们自驾转了好多酒店~ 比东海岸西海岸的大部分酒店都要好！！物超所值！！！但是去的话，最好是自驾，位置并没有想象中那么不方便，比westin什么的离大湾近多了！ 特别要说，好订网的服务简直太差了！我定酒店的时候手误选择了一个人，但是定的蜜月房间，好订网的人告诉我要加钱，基本就是额外订一个房间的价格！！但我自己查的选1个和选2个人的差价只是在早餐上！这不是坑人吗！说要帮我跟酒店沟通，我打了好几个电话好几个客服自己都不明白我什么意思，沟通完都是让我补大概一晚1000左右的价格！后来我只能他们要了酒店的联系方式自己沟通的，结果人家直接说我只要补一个人的早餐费就可以了！！这么简单的问题，你们好订网的员工连基本的沟通都不会吗？？为了这点事，我至少给你们打了6通电话，每次都还是不同的客服，我还要重新解释一遍问题，真是差劲透了！！

去之前有看其他评价说这家酒店比较破旧，有点小担心，但到了之后发觉其实还可以的，酒店公共区域还是维护得不错的，整个酒店就像个花园，服务生也很热情，虽然酒店位置在毛里求斯的最北端，出行去各景点路程比较远，但是整个酒店内部环境还是相当不错的，既能看朝阳又能看夕阳，酒店的早餐也挺丰富的，早上还有大叔现场吉他演奏，用餐时小鸟陪伴左右，很有海岛浪漫的风情，但这个酒店唯一欠缺的是房间内部比较陈旧，打扫还算干净，但窗帘比较脏，对宾客入住的体验稍稍打了折扣。总得来说，还算是一家性价比比较高的酒店了。

We had a really good stay at LUX* Grand Gaube and overall it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. The setting of the resort is honestly beautiful and gives a very relaxed vibe throughout the property. It never feels crowded and you can actually switch off properly here. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful without it feeling forced. Overall attitude across the resort was very welcoming. Food was another strong point. There are quite a few dining options and most of them are well done. The one place I would specifically call out is INTI—it’s a must try and definitely not to be missed. Really good experience there and easily one of the highlights of the stay. Rooms are comfortable. Nothing over the top, but everything you need is there and the views definitely add to it. Overall, it’s a solid luxury resort with a great location, good food, and a very easy, relaxed feel to the whole place. Would happily recommend it.

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit tollem Strand und klarem Wasser. Das All-Inclusive-Angebot mit Aktivitäten wie Wassersport und Schnorcheln ist ein großes Plus. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das Restaurant Bodrum sowie Pizza und Tiramisu im Beach Rouge. Auch das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es einige deutliche Kritikpunkte: Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und wirken insgesamt abgewohnt – vor allem das Badezimmer braucht dringend ein Update. Zudem wurden wir morgens schon gegen 8 Uhr vom Rasenmäher geweckt. Das Buffetessen war eher durchschnittlich, und die Hygiene ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig (Haare im Essen, unsaubere Cooking-Stationen). Der Service am Strand war sehr langsam, Getränke haben oft lange gedauert. Auch unsere fleckige Bettdecke wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht – für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay and found it to be the perfect amount of time on an all-inclusive board. The food was a real highlight- there were plenty of great vegetarian options at the buffet as well as across the à la carte restaurants, which made dining varied and enjoyable throughout our stay. We traveled with our 3.5-year-old and had a fantastic time as a family. Our toddler loved the swimming pools and the beach, and we also enjoyed taking the pedalo out a few times. The resort is very family-friendly, with a kids club and lots of activities to keep children entertained. For older kids and teenagers, there are also great options like tennis, table tennis, paddle, and a pool table. The staff truly made the experience special. they were warm, welcoming, and always attentive. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay, though they could benefit from a bit of updating. That said, everything was clean and functional. A fun bonus was the ice cream available from 1-5pm, which is a great treat if you’re on the all-inclusive package! Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially not to adults traveling without children. There were bugs in my room that were not cleaned up by housekeeping. My drinking water was not replaced. I only had one towel changed. Mostly it felt like a factory or an assembly line. Staff seemed to shuffle me from one station to another, with few being actually helpful or interested in my questions. Some of the staff were lovely. But they were sadly overshadowed and outnumbered by staff that were outwardly judgmental. I got side eye and spoken to with an undercurrent of disdain and condescension - all with fake smiles and the appearance of helpfulness. For example, around 4pm I asked someone about getting a boxed lunch for the next day. He literally rolled his eyes and said I missed the window, I needed to book that 24 hours in advance and he couldn’t help me anyway because that was the restaurants job. My first night at dinner a DJ appeared around 8pm, a disco ball came down from the ceiling, and colored spot lights started swirling around. Children - most without a parent in sight - appeared and started yelling with joy and running around. When I inquired about other restaurant options that were maybe more low key, without booming dance music, and fewer wild children, I was told with a laugh, a flip of the hair, and evil eyes… but this is a family resort!! For the price point of this hotel, the lack of customer service was unacceptable.

Great time at the hotel...it was ny birthday and staff made it very special. Its worth every penny. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avions une chambre dans la partie adulte. La vue de notre chambre était à tomber et le calme était de mise. Nous avons eu un souci dans la 1ere chambre , le staff nous a changé de chambre sans aucun souci. Nous avons adoré l’hôtel

Flott rom med sjøutsikt. God aircondition. Flotte restauranter med masse retter og drikke innenfor all inclusive. Men også med mange ekstra viner og eksklusive retter.

5 star hotel for families. Richard thank you for the lovely piano music in the morning.
