There was a long line to check in and I wasn’t able to do it online either through the Marriott app. Finally, when we got to the front they said there were no clean rooms. It took them another 15-20 minutes to clean the room. When we got in the room there were no towels. We wasted at least 35-45 minutes on something that should have taken 2-3 minutes.

Not at all concerned with customer service.

The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby.
The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning.
