Es un hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento totalmente descuidado nada recomendable mucho menos por el precio las fotos publicadas son viejas

Excelente vista a la laguna, solo que el hotel no es moderno pero es funcional.

Para empezar tengo que decir que avisé con anticipación que llegaría tarde como a las 10:00 pm, nos recibió el vigilante, sinceramente fue un shock porque de verdad parecía un hotel fantasma jajaja, como pudimos llegamos a nuestra habitación,pasando por un pasillo oscuro,el cuarto solo tenía 2 camas,"closet", una tabla de tocador y pantalla pequeña, estaba haciendo mucho calor, había un ventilador de techo y yo había contratado una habitación con aire acondicionado que si estaba pero no enfriaba absolutamente nada, fui a recepción porque obviamente no había ni teléfono para comunicarnos ,mandaron a un señor de mantenimiento que fue muy muy amable,pero no pudo hacer nada, como sea pasamos la noche. Desde la noche me comuniqué con expedia para que me consiguieran otro lugar para la siguiente noche, obviamente no se pudo. Ya en la mañana pues pudimos ver que el hotel tuvo un esplendor pero hace muchos, muchos años, no tiene ni restaurante. Lo único bonito que tiene la propiedad es la vista que de verdad es linda.👌 En la mañana fuimos a recepción donde les comentamos lo del aire acondicionado, no salimos todo el día y ya cuando regresamos estaba reparado el aire acondicionado. En resumen fue un hotel que en sus buenos tiempos seguro fue muy lindo, como se ve en las fotos de publicidad pero ahora está muy lejos de ser eso.Seguro pueden conseguir un mejor lugar por lo que cuesta este hotel.Solo diré a favor que el cuarto estaba limpio, las toallas limpias y la vista hermosa.

Debes pedir que tenga aire acondicionado

Es hermosa la vista Me encantó la limpieza Entendamos que es uno de los primeros hoteles de Bacalar y está “vintage”, pero a nosotros nos gustó mucho, solo mejorar el restaurante, lo demás, es hermoso, gracias

Tiene detalles de falta de mantenimiento el edificio y las instalaciones. La vista y calidad precio bien.

Very bad hotel…. Every thing is falling a part…. Terrible maintenance…. Furniture old and obsolete …. I rent the room at Laguna Hotel Bacalar for 5 days…. I did not stayed there…. Only for a few minutes…. I grab my belongings and I left to rent another room some where else near by (Casa Arabe) I don’t understand how the City authorities allowed the hotel to operate under this circumstances…. I paid a lot for this hotel that is not worthed…. I don’t know how Expedia is willing to rent rooms for them….Extremely super UGLY property. Francisco Saldana

Struttura a dir poco fatiscente. No frigo. No bollitore. No zanzariere. No miscelatore dell'acqua calda nella doccia. Stanza piccolissima per 5 persone. Il personale anche se molto gentile non parla 1 parola di inglese. Nessuna informazione sul luogo. Inoltre c'erano molte formiche in stanza. L'unica cosa veramente brlla é la terrazza sulla laguna ma la struttura é un pò decebtrata rispetto alle altre. Il prezzo è troppo alto rispetto al nessun servizio offerto.

Es una porquería de Hotel. La ubicación es buena pero tiene 50 años que no le invierten al hotel. Y las instalaciones estan terriblemente mal. No te dejes llevar por las fotos de Internet. Es una estafa.

Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock . Sunrise and moonrise over the lake was incredible and worth setting alarms for . A/C worked well and maids cleaned the room sparkly clean . Building is old so there are parts where tiles are loose but that comes with the territory being oldest hotel on the lake. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hard place to leave. I hope to return but we will have to get the private cabin that doesn’t have a drop off the porch as we will be returning with a toddler next trip .

The hotel has a marvelous view from its prime location. However, it is in desparate need of repairs and maintenance. It is not as represented online. Steps were broken Room door is flimsy. This location should be removed from Expedia listing. It is an abandoned property as an online search will verify.

The Hotels condition has not been maintained and the restaurant and bar were closed. The pool was also in poor condition.😞
