I've stayed at various places in Cozumel over the years, but this one was the best in terms of location and value. It's just a short walk to the taxi stand and to the city center.
The hotel gardens were well-kept and added a relaxed atmosphere to my stay. The room was clean and well appointed with daily housekeeping. Coffee and sweetbreads made the mornings nice.
Diego and Antonio of the front desk helped with my stay and were very attentive. Overall, a great place to stay. Looking forward to my next stay.

Property was located a short walk from the town and beach, was a little difficult to find upon arrival. Property was clean, well maintained and staff were friendly and helpful with any enquirers.

Beautiful place but Was absolutely horrible stay. We booked for three nights and stayed one. Refund was refused. It was impossible to sleep with noise from local bars until 3 am. And construction next door that started at 7 am

The only reason why I gave it this rating is because next-door there is a pub that plays music into the wee hours of the morning on the weekends and special event days like carnival. The noise will keep you awake and ear plugs will not work. It was LOUD!
If it wasn’t for that, the room was spacious ,clean and close to all amenities. The staff was awesome and helpful when needed.

It’s a nice place, great location and wonderful staff. However, 1) it is in a construction zone with both the roadway closed in front of the hotel and a hotel being built next to it; 2) the WiFi is very weak and I got kicked out of two online meetings - one which I was giving a presentation. I travel all over the yucatan and this has never happened to me.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, stilvolles Hotel. Zentrale Lage. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet vom Hotel offeriert. Ganztags Kaffee, Tee, Wasser. Alles hervorragend, ausser der nahegelegene Club spielt bis morgens um 4 Uhr sehr laut Musik und das hört man in den Zimmern sehr gut.

My only complaint is the Expedia page says there is free on site parking when there is not. There is street parking if/when you can find it. Other than that this place is excellent. Staff are great. Would recommend.
